I’m annoyed that my sister and I came at 6:35 pm to get a bite, and the service we got was rushed and rude. If we had a coupon, the employee seemed to make a big deal and toasting it, he made a big deal. So we just order plain tuna sandwiches, nothing special. We sat down and noticed the employee rushed us just to sit down and play on his phone as did another wmployee when he came back to join him. The store is not clean at all. Trash on the floor and no napkins at the counter. Tables are not wiped down, and this place is in the middle of a Walmart. Smh.

Giving subway one last chance
It’s been 4 years since I went to subway. Subway does not honor their coupon. Very misleading. No where on their coupon mentions exclusion subway series except for the monster. I ordered the fake tuna and the all American sub. They did not honor the American sub even though on the coupon there was no exclusion,.. you can order this online using coupon but u can not order in person using the same coupon. The staff are stubborn, corporate tells them I can’t use the coupon on the subway series. I will never go back to subway. Get a publix sub, it’s more fresh.

The younger black girl that works there is so rude. You ask her a simple question and she had an attitude for no reason. Poor customer service. Makes sloppy sandwiches and doesn’t listen when you tell her things then gets upset when you correct her.

I am sincerely aggravated that me and my husband were kicked out of here due to 20 minute rule yet we were still having our food yet they felt entitled to kick us out because their rule is 20 minute rule for eating when that’s not enough time to digest food and when eating a footling it takes 20-25 minutes to eat half a footlong comfortably and heaven forbid I had a digestion problems and they kicked me out due to their 20 minute rule that’s not enough time to eat and it’s especially despicable to kick someone out when not long before that they just got their food and you kick them out by the 20 minute mark is a crime in action called disturbing the peace. Even more irritating is having to repeat myself 20 times because staff couldn’t understand me talking what I’m ordering and I feel very uncomfortable having to be rushed out because in their eyes I’m loitering if it’s more than 20 minutes I’m there for and I had spent $30 to eat with my husband and you should be able to sit for an hour/ hour and a half without being disturbed because of a 20 minute rule for eating and even sadder if a paying customer paid a lot for their food they’re getting told basically they can’t eat because oh you can’t be there more than 20 minutes tops. If I were the owner here I’d make sure there was no rule for how long you’re allowed to eat there and make certain my staff members can understand my customers. Also if I were owner I’d think twice before kicking someone out after 20 minutes due to the fact that it will decline my business if I kick customers out sooner than when ready because the rule is 20 minutes which is a small time to eat in and I’d also be worried about having to close my business and having a lawsuit for a silly rule like 20 minutes and you have to be out. I can understand if the customer didn’t pay for anything or only spent $5-$10 but to spend $30 is unreal and this behavior should not be allowed by any means necessary because that is horrible customer satisfaction.

Since Subway has started fresh sliced meats, this particular store cuts the meat extremely thin (almost “shaved”). I ordered a DOUBLE MEAT sandwich, and the sandwich I received did not have meat equivalent to a REGULAR sandwitch !
The meat slices should be standardized for all Subway franchises!
In general, I like Subway sandwiches, but I will not buy from this store again.

Ordered online picked up the order went home and the order was missing ingredients. So I returned and tried to explain what was wrong. With the language barrier I guess he didn’t understand and handed me my sandwiches back. After explaining 3 more times I then asked for my money back which he then said he would correct it. The lady took the sandwiches opened them and proceeded to put the missing ingredients on. I asked again for my money back and was told to cancel in the app. I go to the app and it says the store in which I ordered has to reimburse for the order. I had to threaten to call the police in order to get my money back and was told to NEVER RETURN

I always used to eat subway sandwiches from here it would be good until, one day i threw up spinach and bread. They put old spinach and cheese on my sandwich. Service is ok sometimes you might walk in there and nobody would be in there. This is going to be my last time eating here. You might not wanna eat here either unless you wanna throw up.
