I placed a pick up order around 10:40 at night. I’m still waiting for my order to be done at 11:30 at night. Small order its taking almost an hour if not more at this point. Highly do no recommend coming here at night despite being one of the few places that is open late. Please turn around and go somewhere else. You can tell the managers could care less about this place and just collect a paycheck.

My boyfriend had stopped after work to get me a taco and a slushee, slushee was good but the taco on the other hand was simply asked to be made with lettuce and meat with no cheese. LETTUCE AND MEAT and I got barely any meat, no lettuce bc and cheese that was specifically asked not to be put on there.

I usually understand frustration at fast food places I give many chances before I sat or do anything but the past 4-5 times I’ve been there I’ve gone at night it is almost the same guy everytime I’m pretty sure he has ginger hair has been absolutely rude handing bags and drinks disrespectfully always has an attitude and is just not friendly he has gave me missing food more times then I can count and tonight it was my drink when I had drove back there for it I was handed it very roughly followed with a rude attitude no I’m sorry or anything if I were you I would have him terminated asap since its a common reoccurring event with him everytime I go. as for the other staff they are amazing and I never have any problems with them food is also great other than it being missing

the food is good. always has been. but the service when we went in there was horrible. we waited 10-15 minutes just to order. one person came up and took an order and then walked away. the lobby was dirty. drink station was very sticky and messy. their mountain dew was just soda water. waited another 10 minutes to get our food. i wouldnt be irritated about it if they were busy but they were not so there was no reason to wait that long.

About once a year I get a craving for Taco Bell. Today was that day. The Taco Bell in Morris is fairly recently remodeled and kept clean. The staff were friendly. The food is standard Taco Bell fare, meh at best. Next year when I get that craving I will be back.
