Prices where decent, but seemed lacking in flavor in the grilled chicken strips. The mashed potatoes were cold. Texas toast and fries where both good. It’s setup like as a fast casual resturant, where you order and pay, given your drink cup and table number. Food was brought out with real silverware. Lady that took our order brought out food and also came by to check on us. I will go back, just won’t get the grilled chicken strips again.

We chose to Dine in Sunday after church. Ordered the 1/4 lb cheese burger meal. (Cheeseburger, fries and a small drink.) With tax ended up being $9.40.

Ate there twice. Had a grilled shrimp salad and a double bacon cheeseburger. Only redeeming quality of either was that the vegetables in/on both were fresh and crisp. Shrimp was overcooked & chewy, and the burger was like what is served at a convenience store or school cafeteria, dry and flavorless. Price is comparable to any fast food restaurant, but quality of meat is very poor.

Our 1st time in a WS Express was a positive experience. The catfish was cooked when ordered — it was hot, fresh, and so perfectly prepared! We also enjoyed Monday’s special which was All You Can Eat BBQ chicken. The meat just slide off of the bone. Mom didn’t like the cold slaw because they put sugar in it, but everything else was yummy. The fried okra was a win. Overall, it was a great dining experience with really great service.

The food is always cooked to order. The service went above and beyond. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Food was hot and delicious. For just a couple dollars more than the steak and shake you can get great food and service.

Had a great 1st time experience here. Tho it’s not the FULL Western Sizzlin’ with the Buffet, etc. My mom and I had a nice size burger and fries with a drink meal here. The 2 meals and drink were less than 20.00! It was a very satisfying meal.

An update to my families original bad review seems to be a step up after a couple of weeks. Service was much faster and food came out correctly the first time. Was not near as crowded this time so if they get their staffing right based on the demand they should do much better for the community.

Dinned in with my dad for lunch. His chicken fried steak was good, but my fired chicken tenders were not made fresh. They looked really juicy, but when I picked one up it was barely lukewarm and extremely dry inside. I’m positive the chicken tenders were refried before being brought out.

Food was alright , service was fair, menu was slim. As for their restrooms they need to improve on the stocking skills. No one wants nor should have to call their significant other , spouse or partner to bring them some toilet paper so they can get out of the bathroom
