Went for the Saturday breakfast buffet. I knew I wouldn’t/didn’t have a huge selection of gluten-free options. The eggs were a big hit with the crowd. They could not make enough of them. We sat right across the bar, and there was always a line waiting on eggs. For some reason, the bacon I had was very salty. My mother said hers was fine. She tried mine and agreed. The lungs and patties were average. Big disappointment for the potatoes. No matter if you had them right when they came out or waited, they were cold and bland. You couldn’t tell if the waitress heard you or not for anything. She never responded There were other items like biscuits, gravy, pancakes, and such that I couldn’t eat. My mom had some toast that she mentioned was only toasted on 1 side. They say 3 times a charm. This is my 3rd. I am not going back.

I did the Buffet. The lamps are just entirely too hot. Everything was dry. The cabbage the poor black eyed peas looking like refried beans. The cucumbers were pig pen ready. The mashed potatoes were dry dry.

It was very hot inside. The food was absolutely disgusting. The steak smelled sour like it was no good. Dressings were hot. This sweet tea tastes like water. I would not recommend this to absolutely nobody. It is one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten in my life. They’re the cracker barrel right there that might be your best option.

Can honestly say I was disappointed to say the least. Hardly any choices on meat with the buffet, most of the trays stayed empty the entire time and flies and gnats! Found one in my dessert plate…needless to say won’t be back.

I am so glad that this restaurant is still around. I haven’t had it since the early 90’s because they closed in my area. I went to this location with my father and it brought back so many memories. The food, atmosphere and vibe is just like I remembered. They also has a sign for buffet breakfast on Saturdays. I will definitely be back for that. The cashier I had was very nice and patient. I ordered steak and potatoe, my father had the buffet. I did taste his fish and chicken , was definitely tasty. I will give them a 10/10 .

Stopped by the lunch buffet. Lots of delicious salads, meatloaf and bbq pulled pork was very good. The place looks a bit run down, but very friendly people and great food. I was impressed
