Much better than the place Kitty corner. This seems like a husband and wife who alone run this restaurant and their food is great.. Very nice and not rude on the phone when taking orders. I do wish they delivered because I would order much more food from them. The other Chinese food store Kitty corner. There are places disgusting. It smells disgusting when you walk in your feet stick to the floor mat to make a squishy sound because they’re so old and sticky and disgusting. And every time I order from them I end up a stomach ache and diarrhea. West walk is awesome never gone sick from their food always cooked perfectly and always very nice

The food is always delicious and fresh and ready very quickly. The prices are great and each entree lasts for 3 or 4 meals! They are very busy, so it might seem like they’re a bit rude when you call, but they are actually very nice and polite. If they don’t answer the phone, or they say “busy, call back” do keep trying. It’s worth it!

Was a loyal customer until they did not give me back my credit card. I didn’t notice it was missing until they were about to close & the owner refused to stay open an extra 5 min so I can get my card. I told him I was traveling & needed it before a certain time & he hung up on me. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated for a mistake THEY made. They ask to take cards instead of or providing a card reader for their customers. I’m very disappointed & will never return again.

Food is good, if you can get them to answer the phone to take your order. On two separate dates I attempted to call them to place an order. Restaurant is advertised as open, but no one answers the phone. Will no longer take my business here.

Honestly I use to enjoy ordering from here. But last three times I’ve gone the service has been pretty horrible. I don’t think they start make making the food until you actually get there to pick it up, regardless of how long you wait to go and get it. Also the last two times there has been food missing from my order.

The food is average for a Chinese restaurant, the prices are good and the service is lacking but that’s not really the issue…they never answer the phone anymore. They always look closed when I drive by, too. However, I’ve been told by others that they’re still open. Who knows?

Let me preface this review by saying typically for dinner, my wife and I, generally will do Cheesecake Factory or if we’re up for steak, Outback, at least once a week. Tonight, since all those options were off the table, as it’s Christmas late evening, I was happy to see this take out restaurant open and available, as a quick alternative. The outcome was a complete disappointment as an older gentleman ( I’m assuming the owner) was so rude, I just honestly couldn’t fathom the net aggregate experience. It literally feels like you’re being screamed at from the time you take your order until you exit. To that point I gave the gentleman the complete benefit of the doubt and would just smile and repeat my order. The last proverbial straw for me was ordering two – 2 liter sodas in addition to my combination platter. He didn’t offer a bag, which I felt maybe was just due to him just being busy. However, after I requested a bag, as carrying those two – 2 liter bottles in my arms would be cumbersome, he pretty much threw the bag down on the counter, at that point I realized all the uneasiness was justified. This man is unequivocally rude and does not appear to appreciate patronage. Which as I mentioned above was very disappointing.

Best Chinese food take out I’ve yet to get, and lo mein better than many sit down restaurants. I moved a half hour further away two years ago and the other take out options could not stand up to it so I frequently make the drive and it’s always well worth it! Many of my friends (who also live that far) also switched to making the trip over any other takeout or delivery options when they were introduced to it. The owner couldn’t be more friendly or appreciative every time I come in, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and that has been the case for the past 15 years.
