Worst pizza I have ever had, three times in a row. I am European, but my American friends insist that it’s good, so perhaps it’s a matter of taste. My objections: way more (thick) crust than topping, soggy bottom and rubbery cheese. What really tickled me though was the pineapple I chose as a topping: they served on average 1.5 tiny pieces per big slice, giving me a grand total of 9 wee little pieces of canned pineapple on a big pizza. Not just once either; the second time I got 10 pieces, but only because we complained about the first time.

We called for takeout and was put on hold. In the midst of being on hold, they hung up on me. So we drove down to make the order and was told about a 20-minute wait. As we were waiting, I looked at the time, and instead of them letting us know our order was up, I had to go up and ask. Business sense would be if someone orders and waits in the dining room put on their order they are inside so they can be told their order was up instead of making them wait. The Stromboli was burnt, and pepperoni balls were hard.

Fantastic food, great service, personable. Small staff, feels family run, but I’m the best way possible. Decorations are quite basic, but they just moved up from being take-out only, and the food is fantastic. My favorite place to eat in Warren.

Customer service was friendly but that’s where it ends. Pep and cheese pizza was mediocre and the “cajun” wings tasted fishy (so beware if you have a fish allergy since they used the same fryer) also little to no cajun season. Guess good pizza is only in buffalo

We got a stromboli and the chicken parmigiana. Both were delicious and we left very full and satisfied with our meals. The service was excellent.

This will be the third and final time we order from Lawson’s. The first time the price was a little higher than the menu stated but pizza was very good so no biggie. The second time the price was higher than menu and shrimp basket, chicken fingers were not very good. The last time pizza was terrible, chicken fingers were ok and the price was twenty percent higher than menu. When we asked why the rude answer and behavior made this the last time ever.
