Service was super slow, waited a long time in line and they had 3 of us pulled forward. We all waited at least 20min plus. Didn’t even ask if I wanted any sauce. I wanted something fast, if I wanted to wait I would’ve just gone and sat down at a restaurant and still got my food faster. The more annoying part was when they said ready to take my order and then still told me one sec and came back minutes later again.

Service was good. French fries were fresh but wilty… Sandwiches were fresh and hot. The soda machine was a bit weak on the flavor, but when I mentioned it, the young lady out front dealt with it in a timely manner.

Soda machine had no flavors available. My ghost pepper chicken sandwich came plain on two buns. No sauce or crispy onion strings. Place sucks. Has happened multiple times!

The gal that worked on Wed night last week in the drive thru was possibly the nicest person I’ve talked to in a drive thru. This place was notorious for male kids being just Jenks and I wouldn’t go there. Took a chance again and was pleased! Thanks for the good service and food!

Not good at all. The young kids who work at the counter are completely rude. Food was cold, had to have my fries remade. And had to ask them to drop fresh nuggets. I paid 12 bucks for a meal, I expect it to be fresh. They need a new crew who cares about the customers and the product being fresh. Serve the food the same way you would want it. Not with fries and nuggets that have been sitting there for 30 minutes. This has happened 2 or 3 times. It sucks that this Wendy’s kind of ruined Wendy’s all around for me. Wendy’s is fabulous when people run it like it’s suppose to be ran. Sorry Wendy’s but this store is a 2 star. Honest review.

I had a chicken sandwich with fries for takeout, and it was really good. I ordered ahead and it was ready before i got there. I didn’t even notice it was on a paper stand right in front of the counter and i waited because the app told me i would be told when it was ready and i thought that meant the app would tell me…so i guess just look for it by the counter if you’re ordering ahead.

The atmosphere of the drive thru was stupendous! Oldie but goodie ordering kiosk/speaker system was nostalgic for Jack of a better term… Food was good as always and prices are in line with the times. Can’t beat the 4 for $5 meal, I think it’s called something else now, it’s got everything you could want in a fast food meal. Swap out chili for the fries (don’t forget the hot chili seasoning and crackers, crackers are the best around, ⅝and you’ve got a different, more satisfying experience…
