Ordered a pizza after a Twins Win. The Twins had won the day before against the Yankees. The app would not let me get the discount. It would not apply it to my order. $20.00 for a pizza that was supposed to be 50% off. When I picked up the pizza, the employee told me “we don’t have control over the internet orders”. The pizza was excellent, the employee was polite & professional. Will not order pizzas from here again. I usually order 5,6 pizzas each Vikings game during football season when friends come over to watch the game. Thats about $500.00 a month including tip. Shame. I like the pizzas.

Pizza said 48-58 minutes per the Papa John’s app. Showed up with door dash over an hour and a half later COLD! When we called took awhile for someone to answer. First person said it would be 15-20 minutes to get a replacement and put us on hold. Then another person (a manager btw) picked up and said they already refunded us and pretty much too bad. We could buy a new one and wait yet another 45 minutes. Cold pizza, with RAW DOUGH and yet another bad experience trying to get pizza from a place we used to love. 🙁

This place used to be good in the past and not any more.. this is what you get for $20 pizza from this place. All the cheese and toppings in the Center and more than 50% of pizza is just a bread crust. Use your money elsewhere where you get a better food

Great service provided today by employee Adrian. He was very friendly and professional as well. As I arrived a few minutes early, He told me my pizza was just ready to go in the oven and it was done on time. Love the pizza and the great employees this location offers. Thank you!

Been here two or three times. Everytime the pizza was good, we used an online deal to save money, it was ready on time, and the employees were nice.

My banana pepper I received was a joke. One tiny 3/4 inch long pepper. They used to give 2 peppers and they were a couple inches long. The peppers are why I buy Papa Johns

Placed an order, received an item on my pizza that everyone in my home is extremely allergic to also the soda we ordered was already opened. I called to explain and upon me explain the manager was very rude and was talking to me as if I wanted to steal the pizza instead of returning it, huge waste of $50. Long story short I ended up throwing the pizza out and ordering else where. Much better experience . Will never order from here again. A bunch of Karen’s.

This place used to be good. Now it’s not. I highly recommend that if you want pizza, find some other place or buy your ingredients and shove in the oven. I’ve given papa John’s way too many chances to get my pizza right, and I Doubt there’s a quality check before the deliverer walks out the door with the pizza. No matter how many times I’ve emphasized Extra Onions, there are Barely Any, literally like a pizza without onions. Then when i ask for a remake, the onions will be on, but it won’t be Well Done as asked. Either the guy taking the order does not understand when it’s repeated thrice “extra onions, well done”, or the team doesn’t implement the message per customer service 101, or there’s no quality check before he/she delivers it to the customer. When I was once in the store and ordered a pizza while waiting there, I witnessed an incident where a chef rolled the dough and flattened it; then shortly after, the pizza base fell on the floor. That same base was nevertheless used to make the pizza. I wanted to point that out then & there but I didn’t. That is not hygienic.
