First off this Wendy’s isn’t even our first choice, but after going to other places and being denied due to the time (11:30pm) it was very disappointing to have such a very unpleasant experience here. Very hostile. Un-inviting. And distasteful service, food, and atmosphere. Was met with a rude attitude right outside the gate when ordering. Then when asked to pull forward, had to sit for a bit while other cars were driving by just for them to bring out the food without ALL of our sauce even for my SOUR CREAM & chive potato. Then proceeded to withhold the sauce we paid for that they forgot, by telling us we were going to have to pay for any more than 1? Yeaa DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE! Just straight disrespect for the PAYING customer.

I only eat fast food when I’m feeding someone or in a pinch for time so this was my first fast food in at least six months and I was pleased..much better than McDonald’s and Burger King i.m.o.
I spent 12 bucks and got 2 ‘goody bags’ …so my guest and I got a drink, fries, a chicken sandwich and a burger and 2 4 piece nuggets all for 12 bucks…
In comparison, I bought two folks a whopper meal a while back and didn’t even get the medium or large and it was 29 something
I advise that if you eat fast food, go to Wendy’s and taco bell

Easy to find with Quick in and out from Pacific Hwy South, South Tacoma Way, I-5 and 512. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot on both sides. Parking lot and drive-thru are well maintained, free of debris, and trash can was empty. Easy to read signs. Lots of signage for deals. Fast moving line. Easy to read menu sign. Easy to hear each other on the speakers despite the road noise. Pleasant employees. My food was fresh and hot.

Filthy! Almost every table is dirty. The floor is trashed and sticky, drink counter is a total mess mess. Out of ice, out of ketchup. Trash cans overflowing. Manager needs to do something about the facilities. My spicy chicken sandwich was cooked thin and dry. Fries nice and hot, service very friendly! Hope this is just a bad day for this Wendy’s and not the norm.

Cashier was too busy listening to music to get our order right. We asked for one modification one one burger and none of the burgers were right. Didn’t even get a receipt to go in and fix the changes. Extremely disappointed.

Chicken sandwich tasted a little weird and ate half of it while driving until I finally looked at it and saw this. Raw chicken is not something you want to see inside your chicken sandwich. Manager offered me a replacement sandwich next time I come in (not gonna happen) and mistakes do happen but this is unacceptable.

My wife stopped by here during lunch and grabbed me a Son of Baconator. November 18 2025. All seemed well. Few hours later after Im home(I have eaten nothing else), I’m puking my brains out from both ends of my body, with a severe stomach ache. Thanks for the food poisoning.

A truly wild experience – we walked in to order and waited almost 10 minutes at the front desk while probably 8 to 10 employees scurried around the kitchen doing something else? The group behind us in line actually left after a few minutes. Wendy’s is never NOT good, but it’s just so strange to see a company NOT want to make money….

Absolutely awful customer service in the drive through! It was necessary to ask for the manager to make the transaction. It wasn’t until much later that we realized they did not return the bank card in their confusion. And we discovered that the sandwiches were lacking meat! The different shift crew were absolutely rude when we returned much later to retrieve the card! Never again…
