I was so saddened hear that the restaurant closed. Due to someone crashing into the building. People can so entitled and rude, but safety first. You can’t eat in a building that is about to collapse, how ridiculous. Never had a bad experience. Their hot and spicy soup is the best in the area.

A friend went here last Tuesday and ordered veggie fried rice with no broccoli and no mushrooms. She got a plate full of rice and onions. When she asked where were the other veggies, the lady told her “that is veggie fried rice.” Turns out their veggie fried rice only consist of broccoli and mushrooms…WHUT THA? Very disappointed with this establishment. For as long as I’ve been ordering food here, I’ve always felt the woman running the place was pretty rude, but I didn’t let it bother me until tonight. I called and placed my order with a young man. My boyfriend was on his way to pick it up. About ten minutes later, I get a phone call from the woman. She was short of yelling and I couldn’t understand half of what she was saying. The young man finally got on the phone and said, rather sternly, “ma’am, when are you coming to get your food? It’s been ready for over an hour.” My response was what are you talking about, I just ordered ten minutes ago! He asked me what I ordered, I told him and said that they had clearly called the wrong customer, but what got me was how rude they both were. Then, about another ten minutes later, my boyfriend called me to say that they hadn’t prepared our order. He left. I called up there and talked to the same young man and asked where our food was. I reminded him that they just had called literally bitching at me for not picking up an order that wasn’t mine. He said they were preparing our order now. This was 20 minutes after I placed the order. Regardless of their mistake with the phone call, they were so rude and insulting, and the fact that they didn’t even prepare my order, I doubt very seriously I’ll be ordering food there again.

My first time here and the last. I ordered 3 entrees. The woman who took my order was not very inviting this should have been my first sign. I asked to use the rest room which the young man and the cook I assume his father began speaking in their language and reluctantly said for me to go ahead. I got my food left and drove home upon opening my food an odor immediately hit me I took a bite and the food was horrible. Everyone else had the same reaction. I spent 43 dollars just to throw out. I am not from around here however, I of course looked on Google to see China Wok’s reviews. They were good so I decided to go and try them out. I hate i even stepped foot in this place. My food was terrible and the cook and his wife were very rude to me. My food was over cooked and dry. When I tried to explain the Wife went off on me pointing at the no refund policy. I didn’t want a refund I wanted my order made over. The cook i guess the husband jumped on the band wagon. What these places need to realize that the customers are what keep a business in business. This business couldn’t get a penny of my hard earned money again. So 2 stars for the dry food and no stars for their customer service. My advice is check your meal before you leave. I didn’t because I was on my way to work.
