Sometimes this restaurant is phenomenal. Other times it’s just okay.
First visit was excellent – food was extra hot and fresh! Good portion sizes, fries on fire taste wise , and soda replenishment abounding.
Second visit this week wasn’t as good – not as friendly service but maybe they were just feeling the pressure of being so busy. One of the sandwich’s quality was a bit too small and soggy and the Mac and cheese was not its usual deliciousness. Something was disappointing and off on the Mac and cheese flavor which was supposed to be a special splurge for me that day.
When we dined in the first time, employee Emma was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with her service of customers, replenishing drinks, bringing napkins or whatever customers needed. You don’t see that kind of care and service these days so I’d really like her to be recognized for how well she made everyone feel at home. You could tell the regulars keep coming back because of her.

Always great fresh food. Very friendly service and fast service. Sometimes the traffic becomes hectic and almost always have 2 lines wrapped around the building but I never had to wait more than I thought was necessary. For as many customers that go through the drive-thru and their service to be as fast as it is and it doesn’t compromise the quality of the food, it is very impressive. Whatever they are doing, it is working! Someone within Chick-fil-A has figured it out and they need a raise or promotion.

Ordered and paid for breakfast on the Chick-Fil-A app at 10:20, wasn’t able to get to the restaurant until 10:40 due to traffic and other issues. When I arrived they told me they could not serve me the order I already PAID FOR because it was “past breakfast”. They then cancelled my order and I left with no food. I still have not received my refund and I’m hungry as the food I bought and paid for was not prepared for me upon arrival. 10/10 terrible service, why was the app able to let me check out if they weren’t going to serve me upon arrival? Ridiculous and unacceptable from chick fil a.

Unfortunately this location has missed the mark more times than none. It’s obvious the workers aren’t trying to serve more than 1 car at a time, even though there are 10 people working the drive through. Missing food meant a trip inside where I saw a similar level of service for dine in customers.

Of receiving what I didn’t pay for in front of everyone. Our order was not complete and we were waiting on the fries. We bought goods worth $ 100 and waited endlessly for the missing fries. I ordered one more fry and paid for it. I was to receive two fries and Shannah brought just one and I explained to her that it was two fries we were missing. The lady who served us even attested that two fries were missing. This Shannah gave me the fries and stated that I got Something that I didn’t pay for. I have never been this embarrassed at a Chick-fil-A before. The manager stood there looking and other staff members were laughing. I thought Chick-fil-A had godly values and that’s why I shop there. But never will I go to to this location ever again. Never.

4.5 rating. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Great menu selections. I like the salad options and wraps. Good meal in terms of quality. Typical Chick-fil-A atmosphere. A bit tighter than some at this location but decent place to grab a meal.

I’m New to Baton Rouge just went to this place this morning on sigen lane. I doubt I spelled that right. But I have to say the service in the drive through a quick an so friendly I had a woman named Brooke, a she was nice an even had some small talk. I’ll be looking forward to going back maybe I’ll get lucky with her or one of the other various kind people there.

The food came out a little greasier than normal. The floors themselves have that gross feeling under your feet where you’re gliding around.
Mobile Dine in orders… The manager does not pay attention to these. Why am I calling it the manager? Because he was the one standing there.
After 15 minutes of waiting, I walk up to see an idle manager. I ask him about it and he starts making it.
Maybe it was a lapse. I submit another mobile order or a coffee to go. Same thing.
