Two out of three visits, they messed up a simple order. One of those visits was in the drive thru which took nearly 20 minutes for 5 cars to go through. If I was not blocked in, I would have gone inside. I ordered a JBC, but it was missing bacon.
The second visit, I went inside to order a JBC on a bed of lettuce with no bun. They said they no longer offer the lettuce wrap. I didn’t ask for a lettuce wrap. They gave a JBC with no lettuce or bun. I gave it back and they threw a few pieces on top. It looked sad.

Depending on who is working you will either get amazing service or horrible service. This time when I went for breakfast with my pregnant wife the lady there today was short staffed but still made our breakfast way better than we expected! Thank you so much!

The people here are so nice, and my service has always been quick. I typically go through the drive-thru, and the girl with the pretty nails is always super sweet, courteous, and fast. I’ve only had experience with one other person and he was fast and attentive! Food has, in my experience, been exactly what I expect of Wendy’s. I’d call this place reliable.

The food was really good once we got it. The guy at the counter was doing two jobs- the register and Expediting food. It would really be nice if they could hire one other person so there’s a dedicated registered person and a dedicated food delivery. The manager came away from the French fry station to check the authenticity of $100 bill by holding it up to a light and then went back to the fry station without washing his hands. He had a mask on but you should always wash your hands after touching money if you’re in the food industry. I thought that was common knowledge.

I wanted to post photos but the drive thru line is ridiculous blocking parked cars including the handicapped parking spots. Once you parked. You are screwed trying to back out due to drive-thru line being routed directly behind parked cars.

TLDR: gave us wrong items and was extremely disrespectful on the phone, greeted us with “hello this is wendys” and then says “sorry you have the wrong number” before we even said more than 3 words.
We ordered 2 junior bacon cheesburgers with no modifications. they gave us a chicken burger and a double cheesburger.
Me and my partner have eating disorders and this was supposed to be helping us eat as we were unwilling to eat anything else.
Now my partner refuses to eat because its not what we ordered.
It was ordered online so not only can we not get it refunded we called and the manager answered. she answered the call “hello this is wendys” the moment we started speaking she rudely said “you have the wrong number!” when confronted about this she goes “fine ill take it”, horrendous and disgusting service from this establishment. DO NOT EAT HERE.
