I am a regular ordering fluffies at least once a week and then haven’t have any issues. Except recently 3 orders I placed on different days and different times either pick up or delivery, I was not happy. Missing items I want like the slaw and pickles and it’s really annoying to have to call and the ladies just tell me to let them know and they will pick extra. I don’t want the extra next time, I want it now when I ordered. And do what going on or how these ladies just don’t pay attention to the orders. I am paying extra to have my pickes and slaw on the side and to get it not in my bag! Management should talk to these ladies and make sure that they pay attention to orders. When I picked up food I see them on their phones, chatting, eating and not one even double checked the order. Please get this checked with your employees.

How do you mess up an order where there is only two different things ordered??? Ordered three combos one with all Mac and two half Mac. How do I only get one half Mac and the other all fries. I ordered the #1 with half and half (mac & cheese + fries), and everything about this meal was fire. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the sauce? On point. But what really made it stand out was the meat-to-bite ratio every bite had more than enough chicken, which you rarely get these days. No skimping at all.
The mac was creamy and seasoned just right, fries held their crisp even under the sauce, and the pickles and coleslaw gave it that perfect cool balance. It’s the kind of meal that leaves you full, satisfied, and already planning your next trip back.
Fluffies is a 10/10 all day. If you want bold flavor, big portions, and quality food this is it.

Gabby and jaime were polite, professional, and made us feel at home. The food was absolutely fantastic!!!! Compliments to the cooks and their hard worker in the kitchen. Fuffies makes the best food in town, hands down. I will definitely be coming back for sure. Keep up the great work guys

Fluffies Hot Chicken is the real deal. Their signature hot chicken sandwich is hands down the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy, insanely juicy, and the heat level is spot on. It brings the fire without killing the flavor, which is harder to pull off than people think.
On top of that, the staff was awesome — friendly, upbeat, and clearly proud of what they’re serving. You can tell they care about the food and the experience.
If you’re into hot chicken and haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. I’ll definitely be back.

The best chicken spot I’ve ever been to. You gotta try their special sauce. It’s so good they sell it on its own. Such a clean spot and the service was great. There are multiple locations, that’s how good they are. Definitely recommend 10/10!

It could be preferable to order in advance or do door dash, but I’ll add that I waited a month to try this and I’m glad I did. I rode my motorcycle with two friends, and I’m pleased we did. The meal was excellent, and dine-in can get a little packed, but the staff does a nice job of getting people’s orders out quickly.
