I ordered happy meal with 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and two double quarter pounder with no cheese. After waiting 20 minutes I was called. I put my seating number at the order, but they don’t deliver to table. After open nuggets box I see only 4 nuggets. Then opened my burger boxes, one with cheese. I asked them to changed that. Then they took another 10 minutes to made one burger. There’s no one at the front register. Store clean.

Came this location 10/29 at 11pm drive thru order two meals. The oil this location is using is completely old and leaves a bad favor on the food. The fries were completely burnt and the chicken nuggets taste as if it was fried in old grease.

lies about being open 24 hours. i placed an online pickup order and it clearly says they are open 24 hours. its a non holiday and there was no one here. some employee came and said they open at 6. so if you aren’t 24 hours why not say that instead of falsely advertising your hours online and on signs around the restaurant.why allow someone to place an order if you aren’t open?

Constant messed up orders me and my boyfriend sat in to eat our breakfast he ordered A sausage biscuit he received a sausage Mc griddle our hashbrowns were stale cold guava Pa cold the iced coffee I received was supposed to be a caramel iced coffee. I told the manager that the coffee is too dark. It taste dark. It doesn’t taste like it has any cream in it but one cream so I asked for a caramel frappe instead the caramel frappe taste just like milk and ice no flavor like they haven’t changed the frappe machine Honestly, this is the first time McDonald’s have ever messed my order up the food they serve. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. Twice they never got my order right.First it was the sandwich I ordered a double quarter pounder they gave me a quarter pounder,this time I ordered the same meal but they left out my fries both the sandwich and fries is on my recipt. I’m a good far away to take it back. But looks like I have to start going in in person to get my food. The Uber didn’t get it because my bag was still seal. They just didn’t put it in my bag. Please pay close attention when you are fixing orders.

Constant beeping from the kitchen, self service Drink Station is no longer open and long wait for refills while they hide behind the counter like they can’t see you. The Self-order kiosk available for quick ordering. Wifi is working several outlets available to charge your phone. Friendly staff and food ready quickly.

Stopped in and there is absolutely zero customer service. The kiosk was giving me trouble and I stood by the counter for five minutes and not one employee acknowledge me and ignored me even when I tried to get their attention. I ended up leaving without ordering due to time constraints. Very poor customer service. Please do better

Fish filet is very small and not worth the price. Baked apple was served cold like from cold, so what happened to a warm baked apple pie with a crispy shell??
