Generally I like to eat at Wendy’s, but it was my first time there and it was a good surprise . The people behind the counter were especially nice. The fries were warm and crispy and the ingredients in the sandwiches fresh (lettuce and tomato). Congratulations, keep it like that!

A bit slow but for GOOD REASON. I absolutely love good quality food and it can quickly make you forget when you bite into a freshly cooked Baconator. Simply heaven! Fresh fries and washed down with a cold drink. Loved it hands down best burger in months!!! Thank you for cooking fresh food!! The six kids give six thumbs up! So I went through the hassle of taking up the offer on the Wendy’s app for a free fry of any size by doing a mobile order. It didn’t work and I spoke to the manager Ian and he relayed that him or any other manager had no idea how to solve or fix the issue of why the app did not give me my promo. Extreme waste of my breath and time for someone who is supposed to manage a fast food franchise.

They got my order wrong, over charged me and the burger sucked. The person who took my order didn’t speak English very well so probably didn’t understand my order. Not a good Wendy’s to visit and I won’t go back.

Woefully understaffed both in quality and quality. The one person taking orders was also working the druve thru. Waited in line for way too long. Others simply gave up. I ended up ordering online while waiting. My baked potato sat on counter for several minutes until I asked about it. Not the worst baked potato I have ever had but maybe in the bottom 5. Probably never going back.

Made my last visit to Wendy’s today. Never again. $8.18 for a grilled chicken sandwich. Yeah, just the sandwich. Couldn’t back out of the drive through, being stuck behind four other cars with two behind me, so decided to go through with the purchase but then sat stuck for 18 minutes for whatever reason. It got worse from there. Thought about saying something about the price to the window cashier but it’s not her fault, so I figured I’d just use the info on the receipt to do the survey, but when I parked in the parking lot and checked the bag … no receipt. Opened the sandwich, took a bite, and tasted burnt bread. Pulled it apart to find the bun burnt pitch black (photo attached). Yes, believe it. $8 for that. At this point, with no receipt, I decided to go inside. I backed up and headed back, entered the parking lot, and got stuck behind the drive-through line which was blocking the one-way entrance. Frustration maxed out and having already wasted too much time, I gave up and drove away. The amount charged for such a basic small sandwich is pathetic enough, but I’m not sure how a place can get virtually every single thing wrong on such a simple order.

It was about 11 p.m. I ordered a salad to the drive-thru at $7.99. I ate half of the salad that night, the next day I decided to have the other half with my dinner. I took a bite of something crunchy and observed it was a grasshopper like bug!!!!!! Gross. I’ll never order salad pre-made again. Disgusting I took a picture and went to Wendy’s got my money back but NO MORE SALADS!! BEWARE.

Avoid. Everytime I order here, my order is messed up. I would not recommend. Lobby is also suppose to open at 7, but they keep the doors locked with no notice, so don’t use Carry Out as an option for Mobile Orders.
