I love their Baconader. And it was served extremely hot. Not like it was sitting under a warming light for hours. I went through the drive through so I can’t comment on restaurant cleanliness or the bathrooms. The drive through employees were courteous and professional and the burger was delicious.

I want to know who I can speak with about who is supposed to be working there in the mornings. I have gone to the drive thru on 5 separate occasions (most recent about 20 min ago). Weekdays & weekends. I work the graveyard shift & would like to get some breakfast on my way home. I get off at 7:30 AM. Their hours of operation claim to be 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There’s a vehicle of an employee outside, but no employee anywhere to be found in the restaurant. Are they sleeping? Or just decide that they’ll open whenever they get around to it? If this person is getting paid starting at 6:30 AM, I want to know what for because they sure aren’t serving breakfast or anything else for that matter. It’s ridiculous. Either change your hours of operation or hire an employee that knows how to open a business on time.

I had the garlic fries for the first time today. The man who worked the drive thru was so polite and nice. These were some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Truly. I had to go back through the line and tell him they were AMAZING. Fresh and flavorful. Mt goodness.

On more than one occasion I’ve done a mobile order for breakfast. Let’s me place it go to the drive thru to pick it up no employees answers. See the car parked out front. When you try to call they don’t answer. It’s during the operating hours.

They closed the doors and posted on the doors to call a number to open the doors. We called them four times and they picked fifth time to tell us that they don’t open the doors and we had to use drive through. We were little disappointed. Other than that food was as same as any Wendy’s. I felt Frosty was smaller than the one we had in Bay area.

BEWARE employees try to scam you they will tell you that you need to purchase something to use your Wendy’s rewards when it clearly says on the reward itself no purchase necessary and you can just order it online anyway without making a purchase please retrain your employees and manager because even the manager was trying go along with the same scam they do here like excuse me my rewards expired and by you lying to me and refusing to accept my rewards without a purchase when it clearly says no purchase necessary but they can’t even read what’s on the fine print this is a lawsuit waiting to happen please retrain this location
