The saving grace of this location is the freshness of the food – I’m sure the same would have been true of the 10 chicken nuggets I did not receive with my Wednesday meal (I also did not receive the right flavors of Frosty but was willing to let that go). From the start, the service was questionable, and I don’t appreciate being asked to back up from the drive through window to reset the timer. Upon arriving home to realize we were missing a part of our order, I called and would have had no issue returning to pick them up. I was told there was no way it was left out and they packed everything. When my partner also called , she was hung up on. The third time we tried to call, they refused to answer the phone. I’m not trying to scam Wendy’s of their $6 out of the $41 I spend on the order. However, I would have appreciated to have received the everything I paid for but I definitely did not deserve the disrespect I received.

On Wednesday, January.14 th I went to Wendy’s to get a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag.My food was okay until I got to my last nugget .I was chewing and ended up chewing on something hard so I spit it in the napkin.It looked like a rock or piece of metal or something.It was super small but I had just came from getting a root canal and bit down on it with the tooth that was recently worked on so it hurted so freaking bad .Please be careful eating at these restaurants.

good Wendy’s location, especially since it’s a few blocks from where I live. however, it gets crowded with kids from school most of the time (usually at around 2-3 PM), who from experience, do take up the line at times. I had to wait 30 minutes in line, just to be able to order. besides that, yes, the food is good, but you need to come before 2-3.

The guy jullian or whatever his name was very disrespectful in drive thru talking to another customer for 10 mins while im waiting behind the car to leave so i can pay for my food me and my girlfriend food . We asked if he can hurry up the line because we were pretty hungry and he refused service and my girl has a disability and just left the hospital and was in pain and hungry and she was tried to tell him and he said he did not care and refused the service and he claim to be a MANAGER ?and we called the corporate on him . I will never come to this restaurant ever again if he not there anymore . Very unacceptable & not good customer service. Super racist
