Wendy’s has been one of my favorite burger places for years. Hoping to see the service and quality standards start to trend upwards at some point. I think this location recently reopened after some recent renovations, so I know they are making investments and positive improvements. Looking forward to what’s next since I’m still a fan.

Food tasted great as a typical wendys. I’m disappointed that I mobile ordered and showed up after about 10 minutes only to wait about 15 in store to wait for my order. Drive thru was slow so it was just disappointing….. regardless food was great service was good, just slow compared to other wendys.

I visited this Wendy’s in Redwood city. No one complained about the food but. They were not taking orders and we had to use the kiosk. Not sure if they would even take cash. Interesting. And inside there was a bad smell so probably needs to be freshened up.

Ordered at kiosk and when they called my name they filled the wrong drink. I said it was wrong then the guy switched the name to a different one. Then they just completely forgot about my order until I walked up to the counter. They hadn’t even started my order 10 minutes after I paid. It wasn’t even busy. Food was not good when I finally got it. Wasted my lunch break here today.

We stayed next door and my husband wanted to surprise me with breakfast so he walked here. The dining room was not open yet so he tried the window, only to be refused service completely!!!! He definitely didn’t look homeless. So much for the customer being served.

Timing can make or break an experience in a drive thru point of sale. My order was inaccurate including no large drink and no dipping sauce for my nuggets.(asked for BBQ sauce). I spoke up at the window and finally got what I ordered and paid for. The staff did not know what the new “classic sandwich” was so they were unable to locate it and sell it although there are 2 signs on the menu for it. (Picture below). In this case the customer knew more product knowledge that the employees. People are working hard at Wendy’s and so honest mistakes are not that big of an issue. The classic new chicken sandwich was good but not quite as delicious as Popeyes or Chik fil A however there will be a small market for it!

A holistically one-star experience. Lunchtime on a Sunday and there were three employees, the manager didn’t know how to use the POS terminal, a basic combo meal took 15 minutes, employees were rude.

Just drove by here tonight and the location was closed. A chained fence surrounds the building and there is a large metal container in the parking lot. Per TripAdvisor it indicates it may be temporarily closed.

I’ve tried probably 5 times to get food at night at this location, using the drive-through. Last time, I sat in line for 10 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. I gave up and drove away.
