Every time I order from this location. The fries and chicken nuggets are always cold. Not warm but cold. I go to Wendy’s often and I’m going less and less. This is the reason why. I hate cold food and the only location in Fresno that doesn’t serve cold food. Is on Shaw by Fresno State. I used to love this place and now I’m just disgusted

Waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes (which wasn’t a problem) but I waited all that time just for our order to be wrong. I asked for no onions and extra pickles. There was extra onions and no pickles. Then the pineapple Mango drinks we got were warm and disgusting. This is the third time within 2 months that this Wendy’s messed up my order! I called to speak with a manager but the phone continuously rang and no one ever answered !
