Stop by the drive thru and ordered a kids meal for my son. Plain hamburger only ketchup. Simple order. I get home and there’s no hamburger in the bag. I called him 5 times to let them know of the error before I drove out again. No answer. And when I finally got the hamburger they apologized and gave me the hamburger but they could at least put it in a bag.

This is the 3rd time they have made my order incorrect in the last few months. I realize that they might have mentally challenged employees making the food, but how hard is it for them to read the order & make it correctly? All I wanted was a Dave’s triple with just meat, cheese & onions on it! I recommend making your own burgers at home or ordering anything else but Wendy’s in Ramona

Food is almost always hot and fresh and rarely make a mistake with special orders. Only gave 4 stars for service because it’s a 5050 chance there will be a longer than expected linewait in the drive thru. Employees have always been exceptionally friendly but feel like the line could move a little faster sometimes. They usually appear to have a good amount of staff visibly working. With that many helping hands, it would seem things should move more quickly at times. Although this might be because they never ask you to pull ahead and wait for them to bring your food out to you, unlike the other fast food chain counterparts, so I guess thats understandable. Overall good place. They employ a lot of highschoolersteenagers. I think it’s great that they are giving these kids an opportunity to get some work experience!

They were super busy and they almost got my order right, but they all had amazing attitudes, which I appreciate!!! Side note: has this been said? Is Wendy a mum? Hee collar was teipping me out. Looks like it says mom.

Tried the new breakfast baconator. It’s crazy good, so I went a second time. Staff both times was incredibly nice. Just the small interaction with them at the drive through kind of surprised me. They were very professional and their attitudes were very pleasant and positive for underpaid fast food workers. Props to them. The burger was good but service is the reason I am going back.

Came around 9:49am ask if lunch was ready and was told my and old lady employee we don’t serve lunch until 11am I can take ur order and when we serve lunch I can give it to u I decided to spend my money at Starbucks for food alot of people quit this job one minute u see them and the next time u come and visit there gone an employee told me people quit but the 3 ladies in the kitchen were having the time of their lives

They did not have half of the items on the menu available. It took forever to get the order and finally when we got the order the food did not smell and taste right. Possibly spoiled ingredients.
