A Taco Bell experience unlike anything I’ve experienced in 38 years of life. The staff was nice, someone said they were out of small lids and they got upgraded to medium. The manager shouted out “yall need anything you just let us know.” I had to double check that I was in fact at a Taco Bell. Great job team Taco.

I went through the drive-thru with food allergies and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thanks to Kassandra. I explained my situation, and she immediately took it seriously, listened carefully, and made sure my order was handled correctly.
She double-checked everything, repeated it back to me to confirm, and was so patient and kind the entire time. It’s stressful eating out when you have allergies, but she made me feel safe and confident that my food was prepared properly.
On top of that, she was super friendly and upbeat, which made the whole visit even better. Huge thank-you to Kassandra for going above and beyond—service like that deserves recognition!

I go out of my way to come to this location. Sometimes the food takes a little while, but it’s almost always perfect, exactly what we ordered, nothing missing. No beef when it’s supposed to be beans, none of that. When it comes to Taco Bell locations, this one is top tier.

Every time I try to come here I have the worst possible experience specifically with a middle aged woman with short black hair, being rude as can be at the drive thru. My order of cinnamon twists had no cinnamon on them and I was told “well what do you want me to do about it?” Her attitude is always horrible and has absolutely ruined this location.

This location is SO much better than the Hwy 160 location, Taco Hell. We live near that one and will travel the extra distance to go to Steele Creek, so that our order is right and the food is reliably prepared by responsible adults without attitude. They even offer sauce packets and serve food all posted hours. We found our Taco Bell home!

This is the third time I’ve come to this location for breakfast and they said they were “done” serving breakfast. It’s more than half an hour before closing time for breakfast and they said they “would need to cook eggs” and that would take too long. Eggs don’t take half a hour. Just reeks of lazy service and lazy employees. As someone who frequents T-Bell I must say that between the continued hike in prices and the consistently declining quality of the product and service. Your days are numbered in the rotation.

The woman working drive through with the tattoos and short hair is a great person. The two manly looking women in the back however terrible employees. Didn’t make a single thing right. I pull around go inside. They blame me for pulling off to fast ? The tattoo women says let me get a two tacos instead of one for his time. The heavy set lady goes no.. he can get one.

My kid had to use the bathroom, so I went inside to order. Apparently the only way to order is with kiosks, so I put in my order. A few other people showed up, and the door was locked, so someone let them in. An employee yelled at them, and told them they are only taking drive through orders now. It’s 6pm by the way, so why is the dining room not open? After 20 minutes or so, I flag down an employee to ask about my order. She said I didn’t have one in the system. I tried to ask if she could take my order, but she interrupted me and said “Excuse me, I’m on the phone”. It was a personal call. I decided it was best to just leave and get food somewhere else.

this place has ATROCIOUS time management. every time I order here it’s a 30+ minute wait and on the app it says 2 minutes. when I go in to wait for my food I never see more than 1 employee do their job they’re always talking and rude to customers.
