It was impeccable as far as human service and cleanliness goes. I was a little worries at first because long beach has both extremes of bad and good places. This one is good. The only thing I didn’t like was that there are kiosks to order food essentially right at the entrance with incentives to use the kiosk by offering a free frosty. That sounds good but the kiosks aren’t the best option for people with kids and I have kids. So I had to go ask questions at the counter and then go back to the kiosk to complete my order for the free frosty. It made the atmosphere a bit cold, since the workers are now relegated to being in the background instead of interacting with customers. Besides that it was good.

Went the other day, spent $5.00 for extra chicken for a salad, and it was pretty much the average amount you usually get.
Was also told the frosty keytags were cash only, but I could pay with card for everything else?? Which I found weird because you can just order a physical one off the app, and pick it up in drive thru. So I’m not sure what’s happening with that, pretty sure they’re pocketing the money tho.

If you want a decent burger I would suggest Wendy’s. I believe they don’t freeze their patties so they’re nice and juicy. I just got a double cheeseburger lettuce and tomato were surprisingly fresh. I also got fries. I rarely eat fast food but Wendy’s is top 5. The person at the drive thru was very polite, which is rare these days. Much appreciated.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast meals and a cup of water. The cup of water had long hair held afloat by the lid and the bottom contained lots of brown and black speaks. I told the nice lady at the window and she gave me another cup of water; free of hair but not the dirt. The French toast dips were super greasy and void of powdered sugar. The maple bacon croissant did not have the sauce on it. Due to the filthy water, we didn’t eat the food anyway.

The person taking the order very knowledge of menu, answer question I had. What was the size of chicken tenders. Freshly fried chicken breast, soft and flavory. Top crispy home style breaded chicken. The breading made it flavory.

Very friendly people here. They delivered little Frosties to the table. And little mints. Their burgers are not comparable to In & Out, but they have tasty fries and frosties. One of my dining companions enjoyed his fish sandwich. 5 stars for the great service

The wifi actually WORKS! I had the Krabby Patty combo. Staff is friendly. I am not a fan of these newfangled touchscreen order kiosk but hey, if it helps people with extreme social anxiety that’s good.

Honestly the most amazing customer service I’ve ever received. Manager Javier and his staff greeted us at the entrance. Instead of calling for us he brought our food to the table. He walked to each and every customer and asked if they needed anything. And in celebration for their Re-Opening he even handed out free Frostys for everyone. Honestly 10/10 would come back again.
