Great little out of the way spot to enjoy a lunch or dinner. We opted for the BLT. Frankly, most places skimp on the precious “B” of the BLT but not High Side; their bacon game is strong.

Bad customer service. Came in, about 5 min no one ask me nothing. Had to ask if i need to wait to be seated, lady look at me like i owe half a million, and in rude manner asked What you want? I said I want to eat something. She ask what exactly i want to order? I said may i see menu? She threw a menu and left. Another 10 min she never came back for drinks or ask if im ready to order. Left this place with no lunch. There’re lot’s of other places where you be treated as a normal customer.

Very affordable! All of the lunch specials are made from scratch and they are tasty. A cup of soup is the size of a bowl of soup and is affordable. The setting is VERY simple but everyone knows everyone and is friendly. Try the Boss Hog or the hot Road Rash. You will thank me if you are hungry. They are a mouthful. Enjoy.
