Meh. Went in around 7:30p, seated and drinks were quick. Once ordered, our meal (filet and salad with grilled shrimp) took at least 45min. There were a total of 6 tables seated. By 9:18 we finally received our meal. 9:48 after waiting 10min for our check, i asked the front house manager how do we pay because we’ve been waiting a while. Sylas wasn’t too bad, just needs some work on professionalism. 3 stars for his not so professional manner and the long wait for food and check. $100 for salad, shrimp, bake tater, and sirloin. I’ll go again but not with same server helping us.

This place turned out to be about twice as good and I thought it would be. Considering it inside the casino by the dog tracks my expectations were pretty low. I expected a so so meal with so so service and an expensive bill. What I got was a good meal with EXCELENT service and a fair price. Ohh and a free drink too! I had the Salmon – fork tender and delicious. I had an old fashioned to drink and it was good as well.

Food was fantastic at the new Bistro. Since this was the first day of the Bistro’s opening, there were a few bottlenecks. But the quality of the food made it worthwhile. The manager, waiters and waitresses were excellent. I haven’t eaten at Southland’s Steakhouse in over a year and don’t have to as the Bistro’s food is as good or better. Thank you Southland and my slot hostess for the opportunity to be one of the first to eat at the Bistro. Wish the Bistro much success!!!

Amazing food. Amazing staff. Normally stick with my go-to (12oz filet) but decided to branch out and try the sea bass as well. Top notch. The lobster mac & cheese is an absolute must! Oh, and the chocolate cake is huge…HUGE.

Amazing!! First of all, do not judge the old reviews. We did at first. So we called the casino and they’re now smoke free !! So we decided to come. Turns out this restaurant is amazing. Our waiter, Sylas, was professional and knew the menu. The manager checked on us twice through out our meal. I ordered the fillet and my husband ordered the New York bone in. They were both cooked to perfection. We finished it off with a caramel cheese came! I rated it 5 stars, because we fine dine often. The food is worth the price as well. Great for date night.

I was making a delivery of new equipment for expansion of casino and never been here before, I wandered around casino and ended up here. I was impressed with the staff and knowledge of their items being offered. The crab cakes were delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. Great job, thank you all for a great experience.
