I never thought I’ll write a review based on a drive through experience. But figured I’ll write one anyway. I’ve never had an employee make me feel so welcome at this establishment. But I give props to Kendell, the best drive-through guy, for being absolutely professional. He helped me out with my order and fixed it when something was wrong. Shout out to you!!! I’ll gladly spend my money here.

Food is always good! Chicken nuggets, burgers, chicken sandwiches. All good. Price isnt bad. Its comparable to most. Probably more than burger king and McDonald’s. Their frosty machine is never broke like McDonald’s or burger king. Their pineapple mango drink is so good.

Had to wait for freshly cooked chicken for my salad but they offered an alternative so I didn’t need to wait but I can’t eat anything other than grilled because of my dietary restrictions but they said it would be 5 minutes and I was okay with waiting. I appreciated their offer and honesty.

10 minutes for nuggets. Only 3 people in line at drive through and no line inside. All our other food was cold by the time we got our nuggets. Was looking forward to a cheat day with a Wendy’s triple. Cold dinner instead.

Went to the E Main Wendy’s drive thru tonight. Everything was good until I got home. I ordered an Apple-Pecan Salad and a Southwest Avocado. When I got home my husband read the labels and took the Southwest Avocado. After taking a few bites, he stated he did not think his was a Southwest Avocado. I then went and checked my salad, which I found had the Apple-Pecan label on it, but was in fact was the Southwest Avocado. When I called and spoke to the Manager, all she could offer was an excuse and no remedy. An appropriate apology, not excuses, is what should have occurred; and if she is in charge of training this new person, maybe she should get a more competent employee to handle that task.

Charged me 50 cents for cheese in my chilli, got enough for one bite. The person taking my order didn’t even know they had baked potatoes and argued with me over it. I’m pretty easy going, this really spoiled my experience. Glad I don’t live in this town and will never have to visit this store again.
