I want to give a big thank you to Michael at Jack in the Box for his amazing customer service! I was having issues with Google Wallet and also tried to order through the app, but it wasn’t working due to a power outage. Michael stayed calm, polite, and patient the entire time while helping me figure it out. What really stood out was his kindness — instead of making me wait, he offered me a free Munchie Meal out of his own! That level of generosity and care is rare these days. Michael truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Thank you again for your great service!

I was a customer of the drive-thru when I the guy with his nails painted was being rude and put half of what’s supposed to be in my order. He Didn’t say anything but hand the bag and slam the window. Jacks on the eastside used to be the best ♂️this isn’t my first experience with rude employees.

Horrible customer service everytime I go its either a stuckup or an unexperienced employee working drive-thru, I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came nearly still frozen. Employees were laughing in the back when I went to swap out the sandwich.

Doesn’t matter what condiments you asked for they’ll give you what they want. Didn’t ask for ketchup at all. Let’s throw in 20 ketchup packs Ask For sauce no hot sauce for you napkins now you don’t need those either. I mean why even ask I guess. Food no better than any other Jack-in-the-Box in the area if anything may be a little cold.

Was there earlier and the cashier seemed very rude and it seem like she wanted me to hurry up with my order. Went back rude again keep a smile always no matter how frustrated and tired you are I know I work at a fast food place I should know how it’s like rude to me seemed like it but not too those guys who were there too.
