those workers, The manager Dave, the customer service is unbelievable. They have the biggest heart Angel and Roman are just amazing at every aspect in customer service. They deserve so much more notice people they notice when you need empathy. They notice when you’re having a bad day. I just love them three guys and it is a blessing to have such good workers in Albuquerque especially at my favorite fast food. Wendy’s bless your heart guys. You are five stars if I could give you 10 stars I would angel Roman and the manager Dave have the biggest hearts you guys gotta go. Check them out fresh food all the time. It is just a blessing because these days money is Hard to come by it’s hard to take your family out to eat anymore because of how expensive it is everything and they made it amazing everything my children loved it. I have eaten at this Wendy’s location a few times recently. The deals in the app are pretty good. I have had the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches, which were tasty. I always order extra mayonnaise on the sandwiches, yet the sandwiches seem very dry. I have eaten at Wendy’s a lot, and I do not feel that these are the big chicken sandwiches from 15 years ago, but they still have a decent value at $3 each in the app. Another day there was an offer for $2 off a salad, and I ordered the salad. The salad was good. All this food is good, but I feel they are expensive for the portion size without the app discounts. I always receive my order promptly and the staff is very friendly.

Upon entering the building two staff members had the door propped open with a chair due to no air conditioning. the building was extremely hot. Stood in line for about 10 minutes before the clerk young lady came to the counter and was unhappy to be taking our order or working there. No customer service skills. Was informed that we had to rush to eat our dinner due to them closing the lobby. The fountain area was empty and only had a selection of Minute Maids. The lobbies and tables were dirty. There were homeless people getting courtesy cups of whatever was available on top of Staff members giving them food. The chicken in my salad was harder than a rock. My chicken nuggets were burnt and unedible. Was prepared to ask for a refund when told by the staff member manager was not there. This is the most unprofessional customer service food place ever

This Wendy’s used to be good. But all the recent reviews basically explain it. I’m so upset that today I ordered food. They told me to park and wait. 20 minutes go by, no one ever came. I walk inside and ask what’s going on. The girl that helped me was so nice, I wish they offered some free food or something to make up for forgetting about me. But the men there just seemed annoyed like I was an inconvenience.

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for years now and never have I experienced something like this from there. I ordered two of the same meals, a son of a baconator, one without ketchup and mayo and the other with, a side of baconator fries and a baked potato. While I’m used to the fries never being full, but my sandwich (the one with mayo and ketchup) had nothing on it. Well it did, whatever was left from whoever decided to wipe my condiments of my burger. On top of that both the fries and the baked potato were severely undercooked. This is been by far the worst batch of food I have ordered from you and I am very upset with all this. I spent $40 (with delivery) just to get that disappointment.

The clerk was a little rude. I asked to replace my fries with the baked potatoes (diabetic and coul eat the potato later. They gave me both and charged me. Just cold and dismissive human. Oh well. It was drive up and I love Wendy’s Asiago chicken.

This place is disgusting. The employees looks dirty, the food is never hot or remotely fresh and every soda I’ve tasted from this location tastes like mold because I guarantee they’ve never once cleaned the lines in the machine. No one ever says hello, thank you or any ounce of common courtesy. Every piece of chicken I’ve tried here is dried out beyond belief and completely inedible. The hamburgers are even worse and taste like they’ve been sitting around for days and the fries are possibly the worse fries in all of Albuquerque. This may sound like I’m exaggerating but believe me this location needs to either be shut down completely or be taken over by people who actually care and know what they’re doing. How this location hasn’t gotten someone extremely ill (or maybe it has) is beyond me. Absolutely horrendous food!

Cute…. If you like RAW CHICKEN. Smh this is unacceptable! Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and both were barely cooked. Gross on so many levels. Took a bite and swallowed.. then another and spit it out… fun!!
