Easily accessible and budget friendly option especially when site seeing with children. I used the drive through. We had a huge order with special request and it was all made to our expectations. We were then able to sit in the parking lot and enjoy the views before we made our trip up to Airport Mesa.

The staff at this Wendy’s are particularly good. No waiting, had my order ready quickly. Fresh, hot fries, as per usual the Wendy’s Burger was superb better than all the other fast food burger restaurants.

A decent burger joint to go to eat before entering the grand canyon. The food was solid and the drinks tasted good. Customer service was also pretty solid but could use a little bit of work. Overall I’d give this wendy’s a 8/10, pretty solid but with a few flaws.

This place in particular is not good. The staff are super rude. Messed up my order several times I’ve been there. My last visit I ordered a half avocado chicken salad. My lettuce was brown!! And I had NO chicken. I didn’t notice any of this as I work in VOC and drive home to cottonwood. I checked mid way and noticed it. Definitely not going back to this location

Long wait after ordering. Thought the burgers were being freshly cooked. When we got them the burgers were barely warm & buns were not warmed at all. The fries tasted like they had been fried in same grease as fish. Not the quality we usually experience at Wendy’s.

Was at the Wendy’s in Sedona a few weeks ago. Such RUDE people! First of all when they answered the phone they just said “hello!” We were just passing through and it is carry out only. The bald, prisoner looking dude at the window was so rude and acted like he could care less about working. He gave me no receipt and no coins due with the change. The manager was not much better in his attitude! The food was actually good tho’, so I will give it ONE star!
