Today at 7am, Feb. 6th I pull up into the drivethru and it started pleasant. Good morning, how can I help you this morning. “I’ll take a number 8 please.” Big, long annoying sigh through the microphone, then says, grumpily, what size?!. I left. I don’t need that kinda energy first thing in the morning. Worst service in Payson. Everywhere else in Payson the people are so pleasant. I went to Burger King instead and they were awesome.

Food was decent except the burger we ordered was supposed to be plain and it looked like there was EXTRA ketchup on it. Now I get people get busy but it wasnt rush hour, was not busy at all and the receipt on the burger said plain. Anyways, not that upsetting but they do charge for sauce if you want some extra, other than one.

Stopped in while traveling through. There is no parking for large rigs or vehicles towing trailers. We parked across the street at a closed business. Service was good. The spicy chicken sandwich and chili tasted as they should and temperature hot. The skin on our baked potato was extremely tough and seemed to be overcooked or kept under the warmer too long. The bathroom I used was a mess. Unfortunately, I couldn’t let the crew know because when I finished, my husband had his order, and a line had formed.

My last visit left much to be desired. We did a take out order and it was a good thing I opened and check my sandwich prior to leaving. They had forgotten the bacon on the sandwich add my husband had gone back in with the sandwich and the receipt to make sure it was done correctly. The two tiny little pieces of bacon were pathetic. We ordered two medium fries and both were partially filled. We have seen this before when doing to go orders vs eating in the restaurant. While in the past management fixes the issue, it gets old when it happens often. Food cost too much to ignore these issues or want to continue to eat at these places.

I got a meal and the fries where extra done. The Dave’s double was very dry very little of anything on it. I couldn’t eat that either. My daughter got chicken nuggets and they where to done for her too. Sadly where in a hurry and couldn’t do anything about it. We had to wait to get home to eat almost 2 hours later.

App never works. They can’t remember straws. Luckily we got food from them. Employee was rude. Seriously, this location sucks. They finally got the app ordering to work. But last 3 times I went- no napkins with the order. Maybe that saves some money on napkins. But they lost a customer for good.

Last Saturday we came trough the drive-thru at 9:15. 1:45 before they closed and the refused to service us my my truck had a dirt bike hitch with a dirt bike on it. They didn’t tell us they just let us site there for five minutes and said they couldn’t service with that trailer hooked to our truck. It was not trailer. It sticks out less then three feet off the rear of my Ford Dulley. I have been through here a few times in the day with no issues. We were the only ones in line and no one behind up. We fill they just want to shut down early that evening because construction was going on right out side there building. There is a reason when many Wendy’s are shutting down and good riddance.
