For the first time I did not ring the bell!
I ordered a turkey sandwich w fries and a drink. I waited 15 min before my order was ready. It usually takes 5 min. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour. The sandwich was ok. I asked employee Addison if everything was ok. She said “we’re very busy.” There was one customer waiting for their order, and another who had just ordered. There were about 4 cars in the drive through. It seems as if the employees serve the drive through people first. Also, the floor in the dining room was sticky. Please do better.

The gyro tasted good: good blend of saltiness and spiciness. The pita bread was a little brittle around the edges.

If there is literally nobody else in the restaurant or drive through, and it takes three employees to help one Boomer with a coupon, maybe have them wait so working adults can order food on their lunch breaks?

Handcrafted shakes are not truly handcrafted… if I wanted a twist shake I’ll ask for a twist shake. Also the fries are consistently soggy and the bathrooms are in horrible condition. The only redeeming quality is the helpful service.

They got rid of the 2 for $6 roast beef classic.
They have a new 2 for $6.95 deal, but I don’t like that, at all.
The 2 for 6 roast beef classic and a large fry has been a big part of my diet for a long time.
This was in no way worth it in the long run,
It really was the deal for me that tipped the scale when picking a place to eat. Just leave well enough alone. So upsetting.
