Ok so I pulled up and instead of them telling me they didn’t have what I wanted ready they took my order and my money and I ended up waiting in the drive thru for over 15-20 mins for “fresh fries” the fast food industry has got to do better with this! Just say something when I’m placing my order!!! What if I don’t have 20 mins to wait on fries? But you take my money knowing you don’t have the food to go..

The guy through the drive through was polite. Then when I got home and ate my food I got a seven dollar meal deal. The cinnamon twist taste like they were sitting all day like somebody sprayed cleaning supplies on it. I did not get my sauce for my tacos. I’m literally sick to my stomach.

Don’t go inside to order, I told staff up front I was paying with cash and was completely ignored. Drive thru was more important. Stood there waiting to be helped for my entire lunch break. What a joke. I’ll never return to this location and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it as well

My daughter and I went to your establishment 3 workers outside smoking, 1 of them threw her hands up like dang/damn got a order, last Tuesday ordered my burrito no tomatoes cause I am allergic to them no signs of tomatoes until after consuming a little most. At the bottom was tomatoes I had to be taken to Mt.Carmel E.R. and I had to be given medicine, I V.
