Ordered a Baconator Double combo and nuggets. Food was solid and fresh. Just didn’t expect the total to hit $17.38 — somehow felt like I accidentally ordered Fetty Wap instead of fast food. Still good, just pricey.

This Wendy’s is clean, but very slow. I waited 10 minutes for a biggie bag and pretzel baconator combo and also only got like half the fry boxes filled. The poor guy at the counter was struggling with making changes (I assume it’s his first or second day?) and the manager came over and redid the bag, but put in the BLT instead of the regular and didn’t put in the modifier and I got the wrong sandwich. When I went up to tell her, she told the employee he did something wrong and I had to tell her 3 times that he put it in right. Then when I checked my receipt, I saw she put it in wrong. I assured the cashier that he did nothing wrong and he’s doing a great job, because he is. The food was fresh and delicious, the store clean, the cashier nice.

Went here one time so won’t be too harsh.

I’ve visited this place as a part of my 9 days stay in Arizona from the UK – I was probably on my 3rd to 5th day out of 9 total days so far.

Unfortunately the food was lackluster, the brand you hear roasting others online only for them to fall short on their own doorstep, as this gave me mild stomach problems a day later (bare in mind, I have a strong stomach when it comes to food) and this was evening/night on a weekday.

Improvements need to be made as this was my first ever time trying wendy’s…or find another location.

First, not happy about the new sauces. On top of that I had to pay for a back up sauce in case I didn’t like the new ones- which I wasn’t going to do. My biggie bags were all combined in one bag and I was told you had to request to have them individually bagged when they’re supposed to come like that… AND THEN the jr bacon cheeseburgers had shredded lettuce instead of the leaf it’s advertised with. Not only did this location indefinitely lose my business but probably Wendy’s as a whole.

It’s a Wendy’s. Food is good, soda fountain is very cool… but, it’s a Wendy’s. Not to be disparaging..

What really stood out was an individual employee who took his time after taking everybody’s order to walk around and make sure everybody’s order was correct and that they have enough condiments. In this day and age that’s outstanding customer service and he should be recognized for it.

The level of service at this Wendy’s is exceptional. I stopped in for a few of their gluten free products during lunch & they were pleasant & very courteous. Food was good, place is clean & calming atmosphere.

Awful food. Burgers were cold and not fresh. Fries were cold. I came through the drive thru and live 4 minutes around the corner. In 100 degree weather the food shouldnt be this dire. My chocolate cold brew beverage was warm. Had to toss it in the freezer. Double stack over salted. We didn’t even bother trying the salad. $35 in food and it was all a waste. Customer service number no answer and the phone number for the restaurant went to a recorded disconnected message. Will not be coming here again.

Unacceptable service and wait times. I ordered ahead online and still had to wait 20 minutes in store for half my food. Had to remind staff twice about missing part of my order. No attempt was made to explain or remedy the poor service. The place seems understaffed or lacking in quality of staff members. I wouldn’t leave a review unless it was really awful, I don’t plan on returning.

I stopped in here today like I usually do every week. At this time I ordered a six-piece spicy nugget and a cheeseburger. They told me I had to wait out front because they didn’t have nuggets ready. Not a big deal. I waited for 3 minutes like they said and they came out with my nuggets but they didn’t put a fork in the bag. I go inside and ask for a fork. The lady gives me the meanest glare she could possibly give. Anybody gives me the fork as I mentioned to her. Hey I would need this to eat. Not a thank you not and I’m sorry just a mean mean glare like I ate her soul. Listen if you’re that pissed about working at Wendy’s maybe go get yourself an education and find a better job. I will not be returning to this location. The staff is extremely rude.
