The food here is always cold when you get it. Never fresh. Doesn’t matter what time you come. Honestly just take the money you would spend here and eat it instead. Atleast you’ll get your money’s worth. You see here in my Pic of the chicken wrap. The cheese isn’t isn’t melted. I also have a chicken sandwich that taste like its been reheated 15 times a day for a week.

Wendy’s on sunset in st George UT. So much for paying for a large chili. Perhaps the staff can be trained by the staff at Wendy’s in Washington Ut. They are awesome, clean and friendly. Now I try eating the potatoes. Crisp instead of soft so severely under baked. As a Retired Public Health Worker I am appalled. Into the trash it goes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a Dave’s double during lunch with no onions, extra mustard, lite ketchup, no mayo. I received onions on my Dave’s double, normal amount of ketchup when I asked for lite, and normal amount of mustard when I asked for extra mustard. The meat on the burger wasn’t fully cooked, still bloody inside. The fries were under salted, they didn’t have any flavor. My drink was a large Diet Coke, extra ice and I received very little ice. I waited in the drive-thru forever just to receive a meal I couldn’t even eat. I tried calling the store multiple times for the phone to ring and nobody would answer. The management there is even more disappointing than the food was. The manager that is above the General Manager needs to get involved at this establishment and make some serious changes. It is apparent the managers have no regard for the customers complaints by not answering their phone, it’s left me no choice but to have to write this review since I wasn’t able to reach the store. Will not return to this location again and will never suggest it to anyone else.

This is considered a large frosty?! For almost 4 bucks?! What a rip-off! This is barely the size of my hand. It’s not 32 oz it’s the size of a small. I will not be buying any more frostis from here again. Prices have gone up for very little of items

Sign outside says breakfast, walk in look at the menu above and no menu,so I waited for someone to help but there to busy with drive through I can understand that,so ten minutes later still nobody and I left.

Well with today’s visit don’t know why I return waiting in the Drive-Thru for my sauces and orange juice they did not give me after being asked. Seriously it’s fast food it’s not rocket science. Finally after sitting 10 minutes at the window it took another customer to get their attention to get my sauces and orange juice. Not sure I will be returning, yes I’ll drive across town just to get better service but then again why even go back to Wendy’s Gotta Love Corporate America
8-22-25 Update
Again a sucker to believe that things can improve was asked to pull forward with no one behind me,waited 10 minutes which I assumed was for the potato fries but then again they did not let me know after waiting the 10 minutes get home ready to eat and the breakfast biscuit is hard as a rock maybe they were cooking the biscuits for that 10 minute wait? I will not be going to any Wendy’s ever again! Okay maybe out of the state of Utah maybe they have their things together? Good luck to you Wendy’s

This is a nice Wendy’s location. The employees are always friendly and try to remember your name. The food is average and consistent, and it is usually clean in this location. I do hate their new seating layout. They tried making it more like a coffee shop but it just doesn’t work and makes for some awkward seating when they are busy. It is in a really good location and is fairly easy to get in and out of, especially if you go around the back. Sometimes the drive-through backs up and makes it really hard to get out of the parking spots though.
