I’m not a person whom generally takes the time to write reviews or anything of the sort but it has grown in me to take the initiative today to write this review. I’ve ordered from this location quite a few times. Mostly for pick up sometimes for delivery. Delivery took about TWO hours today plus the order came in completely different than what I ordered. Only 1 of the 5 items were right. I encourage this location to take full accountability in training their staff and uphold their so called service delivery standards.

I tried 3 times now… extra or double mushroom. I get 6 mushrooms on the whole pizza. It’s sad the girl in the front is not a good employee to tell the customer that they weight the toppings on the pizza… uh so when I pay more I get less wow that’s good huh. They need quality control on that pizza making cause I got more sauce than anything…. I just put a complaint in with corporate and took pics. It’s a waste of time and money to order from there. No matter how you cut the pizza there should be toppings in every piece you eat. Weighting toppings is not for pizza. It’s how it looks.

To be clear, my review is not a review of this Domino’s compared to fine dining, but just a review of it as a Domino’s. Even by those low standards, it’s one of the worst Domino’s that I’ve been to. The pizza tracker is a pretty useful function because I live outside of town and have to drive in about 20 minutes to pick up pizza. This Domino’s consistently fudges the pizza tracker timing, maybe to hit some sort of internal order throughput goal, maybe because they just don’t like it. I’m talking about getting notifications that my pizza is in the oven literal seconds after my order is received, notifications that my pizza is ready while I’m standing at the store at the expected pickup time and it hasn’t even entered the oven yet, and notifications that my pizza is being made as I’m driving home with my pizza.
A few weeks ago was the worst experience. I don’t know if they were low on cheese or trying to save a couple cents, but both my pizza and the parmesan bread bites that came with it had roughly 1/3 the expected amount of cheese.
This was also in order that said it was going to take 20 minutes and I got a message saying it was ready in 8 minutes. It was ready when I showed up, which is never a bad thing, but I don’t feel like I should have to visually inspect my order to make sure that they didn’t stiff me on cheese. I used the Domino’s app to order, and so I went through their customer service process, which is insanely infuriating. They try to capture as much data about you as humanly possible, and then basically just say that they’ve contacted the store and the store will reach out to directly. Two weeks after my terrible order, the store hasn’t reached out to me directly, which is why I’m leaving this review.

The service and the people are great. The prices are not so great. The online special that went on for quite awhile was great and what one pizza should cost all the time period. The special was on any size pizza any toppings $10. The offer has been gone a couple of weeks. Today I paid almost $19 for a medium thin crust with a couple toppings. That is way crazy.

I placed an order for delivery from this location and the delivery time kept getting pushed out, after more than an hr and calling over 15 times with no answer, I felt forced to drive there. I had two kids with me, reason why I paid for the delivery option. I had to cancel my order and find another place for dinner at 9pm on a Sunday after many options were already closed. This place must be severely understaffed, I do not recommend.

Made an online order for pickup. Showed up at estimated time that I was given on the app that it would be ready. It wasn’t ready waited another 20 minutes and my name on the order tracker said it was ready. I let them know and they said it wasn’t. They were putting pizzas all over the warmer and not in order. I asked again they still couldn’t find my order. Asked 5 minutes later and they still couldn’t find it even though there was pizzas without tickets and my name on the tracker was gone because it had been “ready” for over 15 min. Asked for the manager and he found my order but it was short a pizza he said I had to wait 10 more minutes to make it. I waited another 15 minutes and Manager then ignored me when i asked about my new pizza.After being there for 1 1/2 hours I finally got a cold pizza that had been sitting on the warmer and the rest of my order got cold. It was a horrible experience and the manager was not helpful and wouldn’t give me corporate number.

I order some pizzas online with 5 ingredients and I got them only with two ingredients when I called them he said sorry we don’t have any of the ingredients and we can’t do anything because it was an online order. Horrible service also I was waiting on the car more than 20 minutes I went inside and one of the guys was just on the phone for a long time it was really obvious he didn’t want to help his coworker. I feel bad for the guy who was doing everything and helping everyone. Definitely not buying again.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I order a Brooklyn Style Extravaganza (which is describe as thin and thinner than hand tossed) not at all what I received. I was disappointed however when I called to let them know I was even more disappointed because the man I spoke with tonight ( August 26. @11pm) told me to bring the pizza up there so he could look at it while telling me what I received when he hasn’t even set eyes on it. I will never order from here again. I also would recommend a customer service class for this “man”

Horrible customer service. I ordered a couple pizzas on the website and app told me it would be ready in 18 minutes., I get there and my name says 15-20 minutes, so I wait about 15 minutes and it still says 20 minutes so I waited another 20 minutes and as I’m waiting worker says to let him know when it says it’s ready on the screen. So after about an hour it says it’s ready, I go to the counter and let the worker who packaged the pizza. I gave him the name and then after the third time I gave him the name on the order he yells at me that he needed the name, so I said the name even louder. I get the pizzas and they are both wrong take them back in to the dominos store and tell them they are wrong so they get me 2 different pizzas and I check the
Before I leave and they are wrong as well. So after the continuous mess ups happening I ask for a refund. This location needs to have better customer service. This location needs a manager that will take care of the paying customers. No one cared in this location and it’s disappointing cause this WAS one of my favorite pizza joints.

Staying at hotel .7 miles away, estimated time was about 30 to 45 minutes. At time of writing this review, it’s been over 2 hours of waiting for delivery. I ordered a single plain pepperoni pizza.
