We had a phenomenal experience at this Wendy’s! The person at the drive thru, Justus, was knowledgeable and patient. We were trying to navigate using boo book coupons and he wasn’t annoyed or rushing us like we’ve experienced at other fast food locations. Our order was accurate, warm, and they even remembered our sauces! (Which never happens!!) We will for sure be returning to this location after such a great customer service experience.

I am consistently blown away by the quality of Wendy’s fast food. The quality of food for the price you’re paying is unmatched. Today I visited this particular Wendy’s location and was met with nothing courtesy and kindness, and food of course. Even just the brief interaction through the drive-thru left my friend and I with a smile. Thank you Wendy’s, I will be coming back soon.

I went to this Wendy’s and got cold food on top of that we asked for a frosty because they forgot our frosty. The guy which is his name is Gary who helped us looked at my wife like she was crazy and then gave us a melted frosty and then I turned back around to get a refund. They couldn’t do me a refund because I was using Apple Pay so I went all the way home with a melted frosty and cold food to get my wallet came back and they said that they couldn’t do the refund they said that my card said not approved every single time and then I asked I’m like why can’t I do a refund and then she said that she’s a new manager it as well so tomorrow I have to go in in the morning to talk to the GM to get a refund for a melted frosty and probably my whole food because didn’t get to eat it cause it was cold

Service is fantastic and communication is clear. Orders come out speedily at this location. The CocaCola freestyle machines are wonderful. Air conditioning is cold and a break from a hot day.

I do like this Wendy’s very much. You will see friendly people and staffs over there. I met some students who had part time jobs over there. Polite Decent People! It is on the busy corner of major streets. Convenient location!

Me and my cousin went in around 8pm just wanting a biggie bag. Following this the lady with red hair at the register told us we could not order there and would not tell us why. We asked if we could go through the drive through with no car and she said we shouldn’t but when we just walked to the window the guy there took our order and we were almost done when that same lady came over and shut that down
Because of this we tried to get the app and placed our order and when we went to grab our food the same lady took it and told us to leave then proceeded to take orders at the counter.
We still have not been refunded
They ended up giving us free food when we came back

I’ve always loved Wendy it’s more on the expensive side of fast food but you definitely get a more authentic hamburger and tastes a lot better than the competition plus the meat is a better grade and quality
