Asked to use the bathroom before I ordered and was told I was not allowed to use it before ordering. I then ordered my food and waited for the receipt which still had no bathroom code, So I asked again about the code, she finally gave me the code. I opened the women’s bathroom to a clogged overflow, toilet and clumps of long black hair all over the sink. The bathroom was so incredibly disgusting. I can’t believe they would even keep their doors open. I then asked about the men’s restroom which she said was the same code, which I tried, and then she tried, but it did not work So she said, “ Oh, someone must be in there” Even though she knocked on the door and nobody responded. I grabbed my food and left, Pissed off that I did not get to use the bathroom. Then my burger is completely cold. I will never go back here! This place is absolutely disgusting, so filthy, I can’t even eat the food after my experience! I’m disappointed I didn’t take a picture!

My fiancé loves Carl’s Jr., and we don’t have one where we live, so we usually stop at the one in grants pass to eat on our way out of town. This was our first time eating at this location, and I have to say, I was very disappointed. The tables were dirty, and when we got our food, it wasn’t at all what my fiancé ordered. He didn’t make a fuss about it, he just let them know and they remade it for him. He got the two remakes back, and they still weren’t what he ordered. He just didn’t want to have them remake it again, so he ate the food and just kind of mixed the burgers together to try to get what he ordered. The food we did get was decent, but the service was just really frustrating. We’ll just stick to the grants pass one from now on.

When we are doing fast food, Carl’s Jr. on McAndrews has always been a nice and clean restaurant to go to. The service is quick. The staff is very friendly and we never have issues with our food.

Carl’s Jr was great and refreshing. Stopped for a quick bite to eat midway along a 550 mile drive. The food was perfect, not too hot, tasty, and reasonably priced. They have outdoor seating and the staff was curteous and helpful. If you find my review helpful please give me a thumbs-up . Thank you!

Came in later in the evening, Christian WAS AN ABSOLUTE legend! We went to mcdonald’s next door and got treated horribly. Those guys are racist at mcdonald’s. Armando, Kaitlyn, Daniel were phenomenal and they went above and beyond for service 1000/1000. Best fast food in medford. Never going back to mcdonalds again. Carls JR crew for the win!
