Never been inside. Food is good, sometimes the order is wrong when asking for no tomatoes or add bacon but it’s ok. Service is SO RUDE! Been here 2 years and the same rude lady always runs the drive through, except one time there was a nice fellow. But the foods good.

Two of the kiosks were not working, so it made the wait time long , went to counter and asked if they could just do an order and was told had to do it on the kiosk.. which was weird as they had employees just standing tgere waiting for kiosk orders. The line for the one kiosk was two to three people and it was very slow ,tons of flies inside, floors were dirty , also the menu advertised vanilla Carmel and cold brew frostys but on the kiosk only chocolate and strawberry offered ..I usually love Wendy’s and stop here frequently passing through town but I might rethink me decision as this is the 3rd time stopping with all the same problems

They refuse to take an order at the register. Have to use the kiosk. So. If you were hoping to pay cash, move along. When I didn’t see the discount for my second frosty, the prissy manager came out and spat directions at me like I was her 13 year old out after curfew. Sorry I forced you to actually speak with a customer. I guess in an tourist environment where you don’t have to rely on repeat customers, customers service is a low priority.

We came in when the restaurant was almost empty, made our order, and had to wait for what seemed to me an eternity to have our supposedly fast food. During that time, people keep coming and the queue to get their order kept on growing. I don’t know why the service was so slow.

They can’t get a number 10 right to save their lives. Got a cheap chicken patty, usually number 10 has the good chicken not the value chicken. Also put some crispy onions and pickles on my sandwich. Ranch chicken sandwich has never come with that. Had to ask them to fix it 3 times and still taste horrible. Management was no help just seemed I was the burden. 20-22 dollars an hour and they don’t know the menu like a customer is just ridiculous to me.

06.07.2023- This is an updated visit which I rate much better than the last. We stopped for a quick lunch and ordered a Baconator, and Son Of Baconator. Both as lettuce wraps to be more Keto friendly and they nailed it. Crisp full lettuce on hot and juicy patties almost made me turn around for seconds. Our server was very polite. It’s nice that this Wendy’s knows what you mean by a “lettuce wrap”. It’s now even listed on the receipt as s such. Keto friends this would be a good stop to satisfy your hunger pains. Keep up the good y’all.

Walked in this location one evening and the staff refused to take our order. Instead one (who seemed like the manager on duty) came from behind the counter to turn on a kiosk (since they were all off). We had to wait for it to come on, load, and log in just to place our simple order of 2 meals. I would understand if they were busy or short staffed but we were the ONLY customers there and several employees were just standing around behind the counter. Two of whom kept hanging out by the register. Where has good customer service gone?

This place is FILTHY. From the dining rooms to the bathrooms, this place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The soda machines and counters are covered in a sticky funk. Service was at a snail pace. Wouldn’t recommend. At all.

The food was ok, but we went back to order frosty’s and they were not taking orders at the counter. I was very rudely informed by one of the staff that I had to use an order kiosk. So they have 3 kiosks and 2 do not work! There was a very long line at the one kiosk that did work. Plus you cannot pay cash at the kiosks, which was a pain. No one was there to help and forcing a customer to use a kiosk is very poor customer service. So it wasn’t worth it for us to wait around for the one working kiosk. So we left without ordering and went to a competitor for ice cream. They lost a customer.
