We traveled to Zanesville and decided to stop here for lunch. Best $11 spent for lunch my 2 year old was all red faced and sweaty when we left it was a good time and memory. We ordered table side service and everything was brought to us to avoid me wrestling two kids ordering food.

This was one of the filthiest places I’ve ever been. Both toilets were clogged with toilet paper, grime was all over the floor, and feces were on the back. The kiosk was disgusting, covered in what looked like a child’s snot. We grabbed our ticket and the table tent matching our order and sat down. Numbers were being called, but our receipt had nothing printed on it, so we waited with our table tent.
After a long wait, my husband found our food just sitting there. He tried to ask if it was ours, but everyone ignored him. He brought the food back, and the fries were old, cold, and dripping with grease. The container was soaked through. I went up to ask for a supervisor, but like everyone else, I was ignored. After standing there for 10-15 minutes, I finally asked aloud for a manager.
A manager eventually came out, but only because she thought I had left. She acted annoyed as I explained the issues, waving her hands as if I were wasting her time. She asked if I wanted new fries, which I accepted, but they came back just as greasy and soft, tasting of old oil. She claimed it was because they were busy, but that’s no excuse.
Terrible customer service and awful food. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Waited close to 30 minutes and in that time they still managed to give me a more than halfway raw burger, some staff were nice but there were a few with terrible attitudes

Every time I come through here I get a different experience, usually not a good one either. The floors are always extremely dirty, my drink was just sparkling water yesterday and then today they screwed up my whole order and gave me the wrong food so I have to wait an additional 10+ minutes for them to completely remake my food. The quality of food usually isn’t too bad here considering it’s McDonald’s but they have been screwing my food up more recently than I’d like to admit

I will not eat here again. I was asked to pull forward for my food (that is fine), the girl.who brought my food out didn’t speak a word to me. She gave me my bags and walked away. The fries were cold. My big mac had a hard bun, hard meat, wilted lettuce and runny sauce. It was disgusting and definitely not edible. Whoever prepared definitely knew it was hard to touch and definitely saw the nasty lettuce. Shame on them for serving it to someone.

So this place actually has a play ground for the kids which is nice but you get managers like Ivana that charge me $35 for each squirt of sauce extra I got and then literally charging me for two squirts and gave me one the original that comes on it there is parking out back for big trucks motorhomes in lots of parking spaces for cars not bad but hope you don’t have to deal with that kind of management

The whole place smells like urine, as soon as you walk in it is noticeable. Absolutely filthy. Restroom had trash all over the stalls, filthy toilets, etc. I am considering reporting this restaurant to the health department. My ten year old granddaughter would not even go in because of the smell. Do better McDonald’s!

My wife and I stopped around 8pm tonight and ordered off the kiosk. It was kinda busy. We sat down at a table waited for around 45 minutes. I went to the front counter and stood for another 6 minutes. I told the woman working that I ordered off the kiosk and haven’t got it yet. My wife’s Big Mac was cold and my double quarter pounder wasn’t done . The worse place to eat. And the service absolutely SUCKED. DO BETTER
