Husband and son stopped at this location. My husband needed to use the restroom. No toilet paper, urine all over the seat and floor. Son said the lady behind counter was nice. He got a drink, said it was okay. This location used to be very clean and tidy. Sad to see it become this way.

This place is constantly messing up orders and you’re endlessly in the reserve spots. I’ve ordered double quarter pounders with cheese and bacon 5 separate times and only got quarters with cheese and no bacon each time.

It is 7:20 on Saturday night. This restaurant is filthy. No one is in the lobby. We brought children for dinner and to play. The trash was all over the floor in the lobby. The drink machine was missing parts. Every table in the play area was dirty. The floor was filthy and you stuck to it. The trash cans were over following. The French fries were raw We will not be back anytime soon.

The staff that I encountered at this McDonald’s was very rude and the General Manager lacks professionalism. I ordered a milkshake and the machine wasn’t working. I decided to get a Fanta orange. Get to the window and the clueless girl says they were out of orange. So I ask for sprite. I get the sprite and it tastes like Carbonated water. Then the girl asks me if I wanted something else. Absolutely ridiculous!! Maybe the “gm” should spend more time on the floor training the employees than sitting in the office hiding.

When you’ve been driving for four hours and stop for lunch, you expect to be able to use the restroom. This facility had the lights out in full half of the bathroom and only one sliver of toilet paper out of three stalls. Unclean and unsanitary, I would have refused to use it if I hadn’t needed it so badly. Out of medium sized cups as well, I’d say the manager needs to be replaced.

The last 2 times I’ve visited McDonald’s (different locations) I ordered apple pies. Both times we waited, then was told they “were out of them” or it would be 20 minutes before they were ready….. also, web site said pumpkin spice iced coffees where avaliable, but my local store did not have them. I’m not sure what’s happened at this location. Last year it was outstanding, but it has gone downhill ever since. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt too many times. My order is never right, and when I go inside to get the correct food that I ordered the employees have terrible attitudes. Fool me twice, I will no longer give this location my business.
