This Wendy’s is so dirty and the food was like it was sitting out for a long time and then got reheated. The soda machine was so nasty sticky and dirty I didn’t want to get any drink. My nuggets where brown and burger looks like it was plastic. Overall nasty and dirty place.

I ordered a single with cheese and a small fry. My fries were cold and soggy and asked them to give me fresher ones. They proceeded to drop my already already cooked fries a second time. I stopped them and said you aren’t supposed to do that. They then dropped me some fresh ones. My burger is very subpar. It was dried out and like warm at best. I will never eat at a Wendy’s again. I used to work for Wendy’s many years ago and this was not the standard for the company. I also had to holler for someone a couple of times to place my order. Quality obviously isn’t Wendy’s mission anymore.

Don’t normally write reviews but my experience was so odd and trivial something has to be said.
I’m on my way to work and stop by Wendy’s just to grab a quick drink. Already paying $3 which is overpriced anyways. I ask for a Fanta Zero… At the window, she clearly has a red drink. I ask if that’s Fanta Zero and she reassures me yes. I pay for my drink and as I’m leaving, I take a drink and CLEARLY this drink is a Powerade…
I swirl back to Wendy’s because I’m not paying $3 for a drink I don’t want. I go inside and politely tell them this tastes like Powerade and I’d just like to dump my drink and fill it myself. Girl who served me gives me a weird look, acting like I’m weird or lying? She insists is Fanta Zero but when I go to fill my drink myself at the machine… it comes out orange, like it should, lol.
Just thought it was weird for them to lie and make me feel odd for wanting the flavor I ordered.
Usually this place is OK. Service was just weird and I hope they are more kind in the future.

My daughter who is 11 went with her friend to grab food. They ordered, sat down and realized the table was all dirty and sticky, they swapped to another table and this table was wobbly so they switched again. When they got their food they got told they needed to stop switching tables or they would have to leave. They didn’t give my daughter her sandwich so she asked for it. They gave her the sandwich but had mayo which she always orders without. She went to ask for it to be re made and they tried to open the sandwich and scrape the mayo off. They asked for the sandwich to actually be re made…. And whatever adults were behind the counter told two 11 year olds that they were Karen’s for wanting the food the way they ordered it. I see this location has horrible reviews and from personal experience they always mess up modifications on sandwiches.

Ordered 5 biggie bags and a number 9 meal
Waited by door for 30 minutes for order to come out only to be missing the meal, went back through drive through to get it and she acted like she dint believe us but said she would make it anyways, she gave us the sandwich a dirty look and shut the window, we stuck around because it was supposed to be a meal and she refused and said we had two fries, we had 5 in total should have been 6. Overall extreme rude and bad Customer service. I’m a service worker as well and it’s not hard to keep the customer happy and throw some fries in a bag

The worker who was over the drive thru lane had terrible attitude, I placed an online order and immediately told me to pull up to the next window but I had a question and when I said that it’s like their mood switched. I was asking if they had sauce and they said they charged 50 cents so I tried saying I had nuggets in my order and they immediately cut me off saying it’s 50 cents again. Leaving a sour taste in my mouth it’s one thing to have attitude but another to cut off someone talking. I already don’t go to Wendy’s a lot since they kept switching frosty flavors and now I never wanna come back it’s not worth my money or time.

I went through the drive thru. I didn’t get my receipt for a large order…. They missed a frosty and fry. They had me pull up while they got my order together, which I was fine with. If I had my receipt I could have an order number to call about or even a number…. ♀️ the chili was flavorless. I’ve been here before and it’s been better. I was Very disappointed.
