I will go as far as to say this has always been in my opinion the best Taco Bell in south east Michigan…. But lately that hasn’t held true. I love the morning crew. Night shift has slipped and I have been going to this Taco Bell since I was 5… so over 20 years of experience buying from this location… and now we ignore tickets, ask if everything is correct on the screen, just to still make the order wrong while making $5 more than the people who make it right back in the day do. So, it’s not mathing to me how people are making more to do a worse job and just overall make people really just give up at this point on fast food. Maybe it’s a good thing I do, but before I go, just know you’ve lost a loyal 15 year + patron due to multiple errors of the same kind happening in over 4 visits now. I’ve had enough.

This Taco Bell is hands down the best one around. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and they never mess up my order. The customer service at this location is truly unmatched. I’ve passed by three other Taco Bells just to come to this one, and it’s worth it every time. Easily the best fourth meal ever. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Please know that I’m not one to just throw 5 star reviews around but I truly felt like this instance is deserving of one. I stopped here today to grab some late night grub and idk who made my food but they did an incredible job. Everything was literally made perfectly. Hands down the best Taco Bell order I’ve ever had tonight. Ingredients were distributed equally in my burrito, doritos taco shell was in tact and was loadee with seasoning, chalupa was perfectly assembled. And I’m totally sober lol. Whoever made my food tonight thank you so much for your greatness! I appreciate it so much!

When I stepped inside I could already tell my stomach would be delighted. I was helped by the one and only Lucas who suggested I get the grilled cheese burrito. The food came out with the quickness and as I bit into that delicious burrito my life changed. Lucas changed my life.

I live in Massachusetts and all our taco bells are absolute trash. I come to this taco bell and my order comes out correct, and hot. It’s a godsend. I knew taco bell could make delightful slop, but back home they are not capable.

It’s always good food. The inside is nice and kept clean. Staff is friendly and attentive.
In my experience, the drive thru can be a gamble. My orders have about a 20% chance of either missing 1+ items or including the ever so elusive “bonus item”. I recommend checking your bags before leaving. Still, this is our family go to location. Still give it 4 stars all things considered.

Not a huge fan of fast food but when it’s late and there is nothing else open places like this come in clutch! We ordered just about everything on the menu and it all turned out good for the most part lol! There was a long wait when we went but figured there would be with everything else being closed and it being a Friday night.

I frequent this location and I haven’t complained before but this is every time I order a quesadilla it’s basically empty. I ask for pico and I pay for the up charge with no issue. But I’m given no chicken I kid you not this tasted like nothing. Please do better. I know everyone has off days and may not always feel themselves but this is every time and people pay hard earned $$$ here.
