Since our opening in March of 2002, Jack Duggan’s Pub has been the only Irish pub servicing travelers at Philadelphia International Airport. The combination of our relaxed atmosphere and pub-style food has become a favorite of many travelers. Our menu consists of deli sandwiches and salads to traditional pub fare. We have a full bar to service the most distinguished customer.

Breakfast stop while in the airport. Actually, it was a brunch because of the time (11:30) in the morning. So, before leaving my home state, and still craving a Cheese Steak I ordered one and,split itwithmywife. For an airport Cheese steak, it was pretty good. Along with fries and a cup of coffee it filled me all the way home.

I ordered a Philly chicken steak sandwich and chili soup. The sandwich is a little bit dry. And the soup is different from what I had before.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DON’T COME HERE! *Pictures Added.
The service here was so bad that I am writing the first review in my life. The server was okay, very direct which I don’t mind. We got the mozzarella sticks and the cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was awful, very dry and flavorless, not good at all. The server was quite busy and by the time we called her over it was about 10 minutes. We had been sitting with the cheesesteak only one bite taken out of each half. We told her it wasn’t good and she said she would get her manager. When the manager came over we told him we didn’t like the cheesesteak and before even asking why he says “What’s wrong with it? It’s been sitting there a while so whats the problem? It’s cold?” Very hostile response…I said no it was dry and didn’t taste good. He responds “Well no one else is complaining about the cheesesteak and its cheesesteak week so..?” Confused, we simply ask if we could possibly switch it out and before the full sentence comes out he cuts us off and says “We don’t do swaps, do you want the check?” We say sure and and as he walks away he says “We’re trying to flip tables!” (As a way to rush us out I assume?) He then gives us the check, full amount. We were never unkind, we simply said the food wasn’t good and in turn we were met with a lot of anger and hostility. Like I said horrible service and I will never return when I’m at the airport. We still tipped 20% of course, since the server wasn’t at fault.

Great place in Terminal A to start your vacation/ holiday. Fast, courteous service and good food considering they are in an airport. Had the chicken sandwich and a Yards IPA. Awesome! I believe the keeper’s name is Frank. Awesome keeper! Didn’t let my pint go empty before he asked if I wanted another. A very organized and highly functional group that work there. My hoto place every time I travel overseas. Cheers!

Our waitress Kristen was the sweetest. We stopped here because we had a 4 hr layover at this airport. I’m sure there are more authentic Philly cheesesteaks but this girl was only getting one chance at trying one, since we don’t have Philly on our trip bucket list. I got the Philly cheesesteak with American cheese with onions and peppers. My daughter ordered fish and chips which she didn’t like. I tried it and the batter tasted almost like a donut. My other daughter ordered the chicken fingers which she said were among the top she has ever eaten. That’s pretty remarkable coming from a tender connoisseur. The mozzarella sticks were eh. Wouldn’t order those again. Over all, not bad for an airport hotel. I would recommend it.

Ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich it was insanely tiny. I ordered a club soda and lime with it and the lime was forgotten initially which was fine because I asked for it later. I guess for a refill and specifically said club soda and then I received plain water. It wasn’t that busy to where the bartender should be overwhelmed and making mistakes left and right.

Had lunch there. Got the hot dog, small soup, and a Guinness. Waitress was excellent! Cordial, with a nice sense of humor. Great place to relax before a long flight. Prices more reasonable then other options.
