There seemed to be a lot of employees running around. But I stood at the counter long enough to consider leaving. A very young looking kid with braces walked around a bit chatting with another, & finally took my order. He was clearly doing me a favor. There were no other customers in the place, nor any in the drive through. The burger was ok. The fries were gnarly. Soggy, inconsistent with many small, hard, and/dark brown.

Placed a mobile order, they must have lost it or went on break or something. Drive-thru experience, the food did come EVENTUALLY. Though they gave me reg coke instead of coke zero, don’t know if you guys are familiar with diabetes at Wendy’s but it’s NOT GOOD to consume processed sugar when you have diabetes… Guess I’ll stop at one of these lovely gas stations and get my own drink because I’m certainly not waiting 15 minutes to get my drink remade..
Unfortunately I think I’ll have to keep driving 45 minutes if I’m craving Wendy’s. The only one worth going to is in Westfield IN on 191st and 31.

WORST WENDYS IN INDIANA. I LEGIT JUST THREW AWAY AN ENTIRE MEAL IT WAS SO OLD/STALE TASTING. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED!
Better yet, who wants to wager how long it’s gonna be around? My bets are on 5 years or less it shuts down. Their only saving grace is the massive warehouse farm next door bringing over people who have no other choice but to eat at this HORRIBLE location.

Writing this on behalf of my six year old. There was no one in line when we ordered. We didn’t not get our receipt. We ordered 2 kids meals, a 6 – piece nugget, and thin mint frosty. Waited in line at the window for a while for them to forget one of the toys in the kids meal. My six year old was so disappointed. I originally was giving you all three stars my six year old said to give you all one star as you all only have one job.

I stopped by Wendy’s on October 30th (yesterday) with my dad, who’s living with dementia. It can sometimes be challenging going out, but one manager Courtney working there completely turned our day around. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the warmest smile and treated my dad with such patience, kindness, and genuine care.
Courtney took the time to speak gently with him, made sure he understood his order, and even shared a little laugh with him, he had glanced at the little Halloween kid meals toys that were sitting on the counter and wanted one. She didn’t hesitate at all, brought my dad a few so he could choose one to take home. You could tell she truly cared about people, not just about doing her job. My dad talked about her all day afterward — she absolutely made his day, and mine too.
In a world where kindness can feel rare, she reminded us that there are still wonderful people out there making a difference in small but powerful ways. Please make sure she knows how much her kindness meant to us.

Went to Wendy’s last night on 9/11/24. I wanted to use my app and they have a coupon that is advertised $3 off purchase of $15. I order bacon double classic combo with large diet coke and $7 bacon double biggie bag. I had the associate scan my QR code and asked her if it took the money off. She stated no and began to scan the app several times. I asked if she can get the manager (it is only $3 off and my total was $20.67). She was nice and polite and stated yes she could. The manager would not come out and I heard her tell the cashier “Just tell her the scanner is not working” but then proceeds to ask me if i had any other coupons 🙂 (what difference would a different coupon make if your scanner is not working and accepting coupons) But I politely stated no and handed the associate $20 bill and used my debit card for the .67. I asked for my receipt and for whatever reason she was not able to provide the receipt. I am not going to argue or cause a scene because one i don’t have my food and you just never know! I went and got my food and fries were nice and hot and the items in the biggie bag was good! The issue was my bacon double classic burger. The buns were burnt and not just regular burnt but burnt burnt. I was just really disappointed in the service I got and thought maybe they were trying to be funny but I don’t know why bc i was nice and polite the entire time. Was not able to call the store as they didn’t answer the phone and I believe they might have been closed. Was not able to eat the burger bc when you have a burnt bun that flavors casts on to the rest of the food and ended up throwing the burger away. This was my first time experience going through this with Wendys especially at this location when usually they are on point!

Ive been to this location a few times now and its been bad each tome. Todays breakfast we waited about 20min for in the drive through with a mobile order. We were asked to pull forward because of needing to cook breakfast potatoes. After a long long while our food finally can out and everything was very cold or luke warm. The cheese was will cold and held its shape on a sausage muffin sandwich. $30 went in the trash. Very disappointed, again.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now. They finally have some new management and one of the young ladies I believe her name is Courtney, is working there as new manager and she is phenomenal. She’s so sweet and kind. Customer service was definitely her top priority. Very fast service with warm breakfast. I will be returning for my breakfast much more often.

Absolute terrible experience here last night. Let me start by saying, this is not my typical Wendy’s location I normally go to. So after my daughter’s practice tonight my family decided to stop by Wendy’s on the way home to grab dinner. Making our way through the drive threw line was a task in its self lets just start their. After a long wait, and finally getting to the window all I hear are two females cussing and carrying on as well as being very loud and unprofessional. As I am being handed my order the woman at the window is telling me she “thinks that’s everything, but she don’t know”. So after receiving my food I pull into a parking spot in front of the building to check my food and sure enough my daughter’s Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was missing. I then attempted to enter the store to get the burger, but the store was locked with no way of getting in. So I now had to sit in a 15min drive threw line so my order could be complete. Apon arriving home we found multiple issues with our food. Our fries we old and brown. Our chicken nuggets looked like they had been in the fryer multiple times, and were hard and gross. My daughter’s Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger that we waited in the drive threw twice for, was just a bun, a burger patty, and cheese. Then my Pretzel Bacon Pub Classic Chicken Sandwich was totally wrong and definitely not what I ordered. It had a value chicken patty on it, it had American cheese, some sauce, and like a cupple crumbles of bacon. On top of it being made incorrectly it was over cooked and hard as a rock and after taking a bite I realized it was completely unetable. This experience was less then ideal, and I belive this place needs some serious attention. If you are looking for a place to eat I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.
