This place is not worth going to so keep on driving. The staff is always terrible and rude. After every item I order they respond with what else.. I’ll tell you when I am done chill out. They served a raw spicy chicken sandwich. When shown to “the manager Robert” he stated well it got cooked. Then I asked Robert for a refund he responded “Well I can’t because then I’ll have to call like 5 people to get it cleared.” He did apologize and asked if he could remake it, but after forgetting my chicken nuggets the second go around no thanks I’ll pass.

4 stars due to the fact that the manager and the only other guy working there on June 28th in the evening were both very friendly. A rarity in fast food. (They deserve praise) The bummer was I did an app order and they had zero salads, zero baked potatoes, and instead of substituting the order, which he graciously offered to do. I got a refund, and ordered Grub Hub to my semi. This location is outdated on the outside not bad on inside. But the floors were sticky and bathroom was like Speedway.

Absolute terrible experience here last night. Let me start by saying, this is not my typical Wendy’s location I normally go to. So after my daughter’s practice tonight my family decided to stop by Wendy’s on the way home to grab dinner. Making our way through the drive threw line was a task in its self lets just start their. After a long wait, and finally getting to the window all I hear are two females cussing and carrying on as well as being very loud and unprofessional. As I am being handed my order the woman at the window is telling me she “thinks that’s everything, but she don’t know”. So after receiving my food I pull into a parking spot in front of the building to check my food and sure enough my daughter’s Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was missing. I then attempted to enter the store to get the burger, but the store was locked with no way of getting in. So I now had to sit in a 15min drive threw line so my order could be complete. Apon arriving home we found multiple issues with our food. Our fries we old and brown. Our chicken nuggets looked like they had been in the fryer multiple times, and were hard and gross. My daughter’s Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger that we waited in the drive threw twice for, was just a bun, a burger patty, and cheese. Then my Pretzel Bacon Pub Classic Chicken Sandwich was totally wrong and definitely not what I ordered. It had a value chicken patty on it, it had American cheese, some sauce, and like a cupple crumbles of bacon. On top of it being made incorrectly it was over cooked and hard as a rock and after taking a bite I realized it was completely unetable. This experience was less then ideal, and I belive this place needs some serious attention. If you are looking for a place to eat I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

We tried to go through the drive thru along with one person in front of us. We waited on hold to even place an order. We ended up just leaving. There was another person who left too and we just went to Burger King across the street. Do better, maybe hire more employees.

Just went to this Wendy’s for the first time and wow the workers are absolutely amazing and I will forsure be back this place is definitely nice fire food it was fresh and the 3 people me and my family talked to has perfect customer service we will be back.

We went through the drive through at 8:50 pm on Thursday, May 11 and ordered two Pepper Ranch chicken sandwiches. Neither one had onions, lettuce or tomatoes… just a piece of chicken and cheese. One was supposed to be spicy and one classic… they were both spicy. Really sad sandwiches!!

Went for breakfast, they were closed at 7am. Went for lunch and their mobile app wouldn’t work. Went thru the drive up window and had to give my order 3 times. Waited with drinks but no straws for 20 minutes. Had to back up and get our frosty they didn’t give us. Out of coke, dr pepper and lemonade.

Easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I drive 15 minutes out of my way now to go to another Wendy’s because this one is so bad. Horrible service. Always something wrong with my food. Takes them 15 minutes to make a burger. Don’t go here!

For the third time this month i have gotten a sandwhich with absolutely none of the toppings that come with the sandwiches. I was told it did not come witheverything shown in the picture: lettuce, onion, etc. If there are toppings the sandwhiches are obviously old. They also have not been able to keep the dining room open for over a year due to poor staffing. Whoever is running this store nedds to do better. I only come here since there are limited lunch options, and i am disappointed every time. The only thing good about this place is the one or two people at the window who are usually super nice.
