We had a great service today! Inside was extremely clean the staff was friendly and everybody smiled. The food came out fresh and hot and tasted good! Manager on duty was Joanne she was fabulous!

I did a mobile order and I still had to wait in the parking lot for my food to be done and no one was In the drive-through or in the restaurant. I ordered a Powerade great sugar-free it was horrible. The customer service was good no complaints

Food was good, but drive thru service was extremely slow. There were 3 cars ahead, it took 10- 15 minutes to order and another 10+ mins to get my order (1 small meal).

Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to. They don’t take multiple orders at the drive thru. They take one order and wait until that car is gone then take another order. The manager who has no teeth was disappointed because I wanted my money back. The atmosphere is filthy. This place needs the board of health here.

I have never been so disrespected at a fast food restaurant in my life. I went through the drive-thru, specifically asked for no tomato on my burger, and of course when I got my food, there was tomato on it. Mistakes happen, but when I went back through to get it fixed, the employee at the window was unbelievably rude. Instead of apologizing, she snapped at me saying, “Don’t you know you can just take it off?”
I explained that I have an allergy to tomatoes, and she STILL had an attitude. When I mentioned I also have a texture issue, she practically mocked me. Then she stood there ignoring me and refusing to answer my questions like I wasn’t even there.
This is hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I usually never bother leaving reviews, but the way I was treated was unacceptable and flat-out disgusting. It ruined my entire day. Employees like this should not be working with customers, period.
I will never be back to this Wendy’s again, and I will be telling everyone I know about how horrible this location is. If management cares at all, they seriously need to get their staff under control, because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Car in front of me drove off from the drive thru. Should have seen the sign. Was the worst food and service I’ve had in a long time. I eat Wendy’s all the time and will never go back to this one.

Went to the drive thru around 8:35pm, and as soon as I got to the speaker, I was told everything they were out of. Meat ,tomatoes, fries, and some other things I can’t remember. All I wanted was two pineapple frostys. They were 3.19 a piece, which came to over 7.00. There is a picture below. They might be 10 or 8 ounces. Those were medium-sized. I was very disappointed with spending that much for so little. If you noticed all the pineapples are at the bottom. Don’t know what happened to Wendy’s, but I will be visiting a different restaurant from now on.

First of all can’t even see the menu board. There are no lights on it at all so you’re just left to interpret what the menu has on it. What was really shocking is the fact that they are charging insane amounts of money for the meals. $12 something a chicken sandwich meal, long story short, I ended up spending 25 dollars and some change for just two meals highway robbery. The sandwiches were dry they were sloppy made and we’re nowhere near where is the amount of money I paid, the workers these days have no pride in what they’re doing the food is terrible and the whole structure of how things are in these days are terrible I used to work at Wendy’s years ago so I know how the structure is supposed to be where is the general manager and the regional manager these Wendy’s here in Cincinnati total revamping there’s no pride in the stores at all and that’s not the only store that’s broke down like that I’ve been through different multiple ones
