Slow service. The drive though took 25 minutes. We left without food bc she said it would take awhile for our order to come out due to the order ahead of us. Waited forever even to get out of the line due to the did not have the car in front of us pull ahead. We left and went to McDonald’s. Services never fails.

This wendys is absolutely the worst ive ever been to. They give you the wrong food , take forever, and seem to have absolutely no idea what is going on. I will never be going back again. I ordered a baconator meal and drove all the way back to work just to find out they gave me 2 medium fries and nothing else. Another time I was asked to pull around front in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes before going into the store myself to get my good which was just sitting there waiting. Overall very disappointing experience every time ive been.

Best experience at a Wendy’s I can remember. Staff was very upbeat and friendly. Like In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A employees tend to be. Must be owned and managed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. Maybe I just got lucky at the time I was there with my sister, but we both noticed the quality was markedly better than most Wendy’s. Great job!

Been to this location a couple times. Today it was BOGO Asiago Chicken Club. Great sandwich. Fries today were good. Hot and properly salted. That’s usually my hit and miss at Wendy’s. Baby complain. Enjoyed the lunch. I also liked the Dave’s Red Cream Soda … Though the entire country could do without food coloring (for me I can taste the bitterness). I’m not a conspiracy guy, I just find food coloring completely unnecessary.

Wow, this place was a mess! First of all, it is hard to even get into the parking lot because there are medians in the roads so you cannot access the entrances unless you are driving a certain direction on those roads. Same with getting out of the lot… can’t go North onto Redwood. Then it was confusing to figure out where we order, where you pickup, etc. If you order on a kiosk (not my preference because I had specific questions) then you walk towards pick-up but that puts you in the mobile order/delivery line. But there was no one even present to take an order at a register in person (but ordering there also leads you to the mobile order/delivery) line. Meanwhile there is another line forming inside the wall on the other side of pick-up. They were losing orders, messing up orders, couldn’t keep up, couldn’t keep track of which burgers were being made by the chef, etc. The kiosk does not provide a receipt (nor by email nor in person), so when my order showed up on the screen and then moved to “ready” (but it wasn’t), and then disappeared (like the family’s in front of me), I had no receipt to prove I had paid and to recreate my order. I had picked a picture on the kiosk– didn’t even know the name of what I ordered for myself, let alone the customizations for my picky kids! It was a mess. It took at least 30 minutes to get our order. When we finally got food and sat down, I was disappointed in the food. The chicken seemed old. Same with the buns. Then there were no napkins at the condiments area, and hardly any ketchup. Had to get back in line to ask for those. An HOUR later we finally were done and left. The windows were filthy. Wow, not going back here anytime soon.

They are slow to take your order and I have been constantly let down by the quality of the food, even compared to other Wendy’s. I understand it’s fast food but that doesn’t mean you get to hand out less than advertised. I got 2 half pieces of bacon on my Junior Bacon Cheese Burger and it’s not the first time they’ve skimped on the lettuce or bacon, intentionally or not. I try not to be negative about fast food quality. I understand how stressful the job can be when it’s busy but that doesn’t mean it’s okay for the bit of quality to slip away.

Gotten food from here a couple of times over the last few months, both doordash and drive through, and they have never gotten our order 100% correct. There’s always something wrong (no fries, no sauce for nuggets, plain instead of spicy nuggets, diet coke instead of coke zero, no frosty).

The staff is always very friendly, but it’s starting to get a little ridiculous at this point.

If you come to this location be aware of a female manager with dark hair named Gabriela I believe is what I was told. She’s blatantly disrespectful to customers and gives a hard time fixing incorrect orders. I don’t understand how a business can hire anyone let alone a manager that treats customers and staff rudely. Take the extra time and just go to eagle mountain I will not be returning to this location

Best service ever! It was fast and spot on. We placed an order for 6 people, when we got home everything was in the bag. I was very impressed, the gentleman who ordered our food was friendly and respectful.
