Just ate here at 8:30 on 3/27/2023. James did such an amazing job of keeping the dining room clean. This is the cleanest McDonald’s we have ever been in. James was so friendly, kind and helpful, and kind to our kids. Kitchen staff got our order correct which doesn’t happen often at any McDonald’s we have visited. Keep it up!!!

For a fast-food restaurant, this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I have two in my area but I always make a longer trip because the workers here are usually respectful and the food is made really well compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I don’t think they have ever messed up my order and I hope it stays this way!

This one is close to work so I eat here often. It’s fast, clean, and pretty accurate. My only gripe is that their auto ice machine does equate more ice is needed when the tea is still warm. I’ve gotten teas that only had a cube or two when I get them thru the window.

I pulled up to drive through and was ignored until the line reached the second window bc the workers who saw me in the first window did not want to talk to me as I waved for help bc I didn’t know if I was supposed to park somewhere special or something I would’ve waited if it made it easier for them, but there was no need to ignore me and then get hostile bc I’m suddenly at the second window wondering if I’m in the correct place nobody cared to assist me. And If you don’t serve ice cream after 12 can you advertisement or notice or something it so that I don’t end up paying for something I don’t want. I ordered on the app and paid in advance just to be told that they don’t serve ice cream after 12?? I felt like a child being told I’ve had too much sugar I have no idea when or if that rule began.

Went in on a Sunday morning and we couldn’t get in until 7am, as we were told my an employee. Anyway, if they just opened as we got in, why is the restaurant so filthy and dirty inside? The tables were nasty and the floors were very wet. It’s a safety hazard, as anyone can fall. This tells me that the night crew didn’t do anything. And after a while, an employee came in and put up a bunch of yellow signs indicating that the floor is wet. McDonald’s breakfast is always great, but cleanliness is everything for me.

As far as the day (mornings) shift is concerned the crew is great. My accomodations to the cleaning ladies who always have the restaurant clean. My food is always good and I give all thumbs up from my family for Jayden Chris who always gives great customer service. He always has a smile on his face and never shows if he has a bad day and that means a lot.

The staff here are so rude! Most of them apparently don’t know how to respond to a thank you or a have a good day/night, much less say those actual words to a guest. One young woman in particular can’t even be bothered to speak or even smile when you thank her. God forbid if you ask for ketchup or dipping sauces, which are almost always missing from the bag despite being requested during your order, or napkins here. You’d think you were stealing from their personal stash of condiments. I’ve quit visiting because of that, and their fries are sold even when they’re gross, stale, and obviously old.

Worst McD’s ever! After waiting in the drive thru for 20+ min my order was ready at the window. No customer service. They threw the food and drinks out the window. My sprite was water – which explains why they wanted us gone in a hurry. Skip it and drive to the next one.

Well that was a horrible one. Went in ordered my meal. Waited 30 minutes before asking about it. Turns out they didn’t even bother to make it. Best part is they gave me stail fries and didn’t even bother with the sweet n sour for my nuggets.
