The bathroom faucet needs to be replaced for two reasons:
1. It sprays out an unnecessary amount of water
2. Because of that high volume spray, water goes everywhere.
Food is good and what you’d expect from them. People were nice and place looks recently remodeled too

Wendy’s has a reputation for inconsistent customer service, and unfortunately this location was no exception. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but my order was incorrect when I received it. After asking for it to be corrected, I got home and realized it still wasn’t right.
Accuracy should be a basic expectation. Taking a moment to carefully read and prepare an order would likely prevent situations like this. Having to return more than once for the same issue is frustrating, especially with current gas prices and time constraints.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works with the team to improve attention to detail.

Their food is really good the majority of the time; it’s fresh! I never have a complaint about that and their fast!!! They keep the place nice, neat and things are stocked. The fountain variety is wonderful. It’s nice to be able to choose from a wider selection. The chicken tender meal is so yummy; it’s a bit pricey though. If you’re needing to save I would go with their biggie bags!!!

It took me 13 minutes stuck in a line of cars to get to the speaker for them to tell me that it was a store full of brand new employees. They were taking more than 5 minutes to process each order at the speaker. This is no fault of those poor workers that were thrown into a rush hour slam with clearly not enough training. The management at this location screwed this up… and was rude to me over the speaker. They told me to leave even though I had four cars stacked behind me and was unable to leave. The management got really weird and kept demanding that I just drive away even though I physically couldn’t because their line was so long. They are going to make me call corporate over this aren’t they

Staff and people very friendly and fast no issues there. Its just its fast food, so its never the best but its not the worst lol. The nuggets were more dry than usual, most likely were sitting for a while. But again its fast food, sometimes its better than usual, sometimes its worst so bot expecting the best.

Ordered on the app. When I got to the window the cashier (who could barely speak English) said one moment please. Waited 5 minutes and asked if anyone was there. She then offered to take my order like nothing happened. Waited another 5 minutes at the window and got my order. Gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet, the buns were hard as a rock, and the chicken was tougher than tire rubber. Won’t be going back again ever

This is the third time in a row I have tried ordering from this location in the last 3 months and it gets worse every time. Quality across the board has become significantly worse. Communication is non-existent (language barrier as each time I have visited there was nobody that could speak fluent English). The one time I went in to the store last week, they took my order and 45 minutes later I had to go and try to remind them I was waiting for it. There was an awkward attempt at a conversation to explain that I didn’t need to order food again, but I was still waiting for my original order.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We go there once in a while because my little likes the chicken nuggets. Every single time we wait 20-30 minutes for our food. When I go in the place I stand in line for 10 minutes or more before anyone even looks in my direction or says hello can I take your order. I usually have to hello! Take my order. The things you do for your kids. The food went way down hill since Dave died and the place is sloppy mess. It stinks and is visually unappealing. The owner of this place is a disgrace and it shows in their poor work ethic. I would be ashamed of myself if I couldn’t even run a fast food joint. Pathetic. I would give this place negative 5 stars if that were possible.

My son went inside to order some food at approximately 6:10. He waited in line for 20 minutes, came outside and we got in line for the drive through because we thought it might be faster. It’s now 6:51 and I’m still waiting at the drive through window. I’m a busy working mom.. and I gotta say, I want that 45 minutes of my life back

This wendys has always been aloof and poor. I thought maybe after reconstruction they would finally pick up. But i am always disappointed. What a waste. Ordering is an absolute hazard the employess do not listen clearly. Incompetent and scammy. I ask for TWO things. I only got one of the things i asked for after triple checking with the employee. I ask at the drive thru for them to read my order back to me and i am ignored. I didnt even get a receipt. No one has time to go back to a damn restaurant to get their food that they should already have. It should be done right the first time. I shouldnt have to be doing the job for you. Ordering is simple, if you cant understand that dont take orders. What a joke of a restaurant. All wendys have gone downhill. Have a nice day
