Ordered large spicy deluxe McCrispy meal with sprite. Fries were cold and bland. Chicken sandwich were cold, bland, tuff and spicy. Sprite tasted like pure sugar with no flavor. Reporting live from SSNRADI0.

Started coming to this McDonalds because the one down the street had a nasty Hispanic manager that messes up every order and doesn’t care. Now I see he is here, I wanted to leave but decided to give it a chance and nope, there was hair on my kids happy meal box, and the fries looked like it had old brown bits of some sort on it. Won’t be coming back here or any McDonald’s this manager is at. I won’t even bother complaining to him bc last time I got laughed at by him and was offered no other solution or anything. This is so upsetting. The last problem was when he sold my 4yro a blob of tartar sauce instead of nuggets! And now this! He clearly does not care about paying customers and children. Worst McDonald’s there is in Royal Palm Beach. They do not answer the phone. I ordered chicken nuggets. It didn’t even bring my sauce. I paid extra for extra sauce. It didn’t bring it either. Plus I asked french fries without salt and they put salt on it. This is the worst McDonald’s there is I don’t know how DoorDash does business with them, and if there is a manager there, she should be responsible at least to answer the phone. Everytime I have went to this McDonalds they NEVER give me everything I order. Latest example was this morning. Ordered breakfast food which included 2 meals which include hash browns. No hash browns. Parked went in and “ the store manager” she identified herself as was rude. Never said they were sorry. Got home and remembered I ordered a bag of ice – NO ICE. Had to drive back to the restaurant same rude “store manager” no I’m sorry. So I had words with her then she claimed the employee gave me the ice at the window!! What a lie – I certainly would not drive all he way back to get what I paid for IF I received it.

Left off the cheese on my mcchicken but charged me. No honey with my chicken nuggets. Which I repeated twice and clarified not honey mustard. No sauces included at all with a ten piece. Ridiculous. $30 dollars and I didn’t get half my order and the other half was wrong. Lazy lazy lazy

You know a McDonald’s is good when your wife says it’s the hottest food she’s eaten all day (and we just got back from a theme park). They honored my no salt request for the fries, which I’m super grateful for. Food was done fast, on point, workers there are chill and the place is clean. Love the Halloween decor!
