This is probably one of the best Wendys I’ve ever been to! The employees are always SO nice and the service is always super fast. Love having this Wendys out here! Only problem I have is they don’t give me a reason to keep coming back!

This new wendy’s has been a joy to go to. The staff is super polite. They actually take extra steps when an allergy it mentioned to change gloves and separately bag the food. Also they are quick & polite. We had stopped going to other Wendy’s in the area b/c of poor, rude and slow service along with poor responses to messed up order

I love having this wendys closer to home then the one in saratoga springs. The manager is very nice and she seems to be there most times we go. We always do drive-thru and they are pretty quick, and usually never forget anything. My only complaint is that we often get frosties that are very airy and frothy if that makes sense. You can really eat them like that so they just get tossed.

Really enjoyed the the salad that was served. The more impressive than the food was the service. Tiff and Logan were very helpful and very friendly. Tiff even came by our table to make sure that we were happy with our meal and put some smiles on our faces. You don’t always get that kind of service these days as ordering and dining become more electronic and automated.

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever received. We went to grab dinner late the other night, had been out all day and we wanted to look at the menu for a minute before ordering. The two women who were taking orders in the drive thru were incredibly rude, rushing us to order, sighing when we ordered more than two items and wouldn’t even talk to us when we pulled up to the window. I know it was late but do you job for crying out loud. If I acted that way at my job, I would be let go immediately. Won’t be going back to this location. I could not believe the attitude they had because we wanted to order food. They’re fortunate I’m not their boss…

It is fast food, and is rated as such. You can not compare it to a fine restaurant. The food is good and the frosties are great. The soda machine is one that gives you dozens of choices. The $5 bag gives you a junior bacon cheese burger, nuggets, a soda and fries. You can’t beat that. It was a good lunch

Always a nice experience going through the drive through. They are super fast too. By the time I get to the window and hand them my card, they are handing me my food.
