All I wanted was to eat some Wendy’s at 12:45am. My friends and I were too intoxicated to drive but could perfectly walk through the drive through. We ordered on the app ahead of time and everything was fine until we got to the window. The worker said they weren’t going to make our food because they were going to have to stay at the restaurant longer. We pushed back saying we had already ordered and it took my friend’s money from their phone. They then told us that it was a safety hazard to walk through the very well lit, not by the roadside drive through. I said the safety issue would be any of us driving because we had been drinking.
The “manager” said he didn’t know how the app worked and he couldn’t refund my friend and they would have to call customer service in the morning.
There was then a car behind us in the drive through, meaning they were going to order food and the workers were going to have to make the food.
I have worked at a restaurant before, it sucks to get orders late at night like right before you close, but they had over an hour before they closed.
To top it off the worker, after like 10 minutes of this, said that because we were so rude they would make our food for us. So we went around front and they made us our food quickly and correctly. So the entire time he just didn’t want to do his job. When he gave us the food, my friend who ordered apologized to the worker. He was nice to my male friends and extra rude to my one female friend with us. She was the one that pushed back the hardest, and while she is certainly opinionated, she was not being ridiculous. None of us were. She was standing up for us and was the reason that we got our food.
I’ll end it by saying I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative google review. I go out into the world with the understanding that life is hard and sucks and the average job someone does is just out of necessity. I understand that he didn’t make the rules of the restaurant or corporate and he’s just trying to make a living. But he didn’t have to be rude, a little bit of kindness goes so far. Any customer facing job I’ve had I try and help people out to the best of my abilities. It’s not that hard to try and be kind even if it fails.

Went for a visit to Colorado State University and saw the local Wendy’s restaurant The staff greeted us with a hello and thank you for stopping by. Now the food was very good and fresh with the chicken being my favorite choice. Now as expected not as busy as it would be if Classes were back and students were back on Campus.Great location Folks so if you need a burger or drink stop by and enjoy the items ✅

Every time I come to this location, the food is disappointing. I usually get the Breakfast Honey Butter Biscuit, and it consistently comes out dry with no sauce, hard to bite into, and the potatoes are cold. This isn’t just a one-time issues
It’s the same every visit.
There’s another Wendy’s about 10 minutes away, and the difference is night and day. The sandwich there is hot, full of sauce, and made with care, and the customer service is excellent. That’s the standard I expect, and unfortunately this location just hasn’t delivered.
I hope the management here takes a closer look at quality and consistency, because right now I’d rather drive the extra distance.

I left a 1 star review 3 months ago. I figured I would give them another shot. Food was good. They managed to get the nuggets with the correct sauce. But I legit sat at drive thru window for 12 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but I get home, and my only treat to myself was 10 nuggets, which I clearly paid for, but the plastic carton only had 6. I guess I will go kick rocks. I really hope they close this place down and turn it into a Burger King or McDonald’s. That way expectations are managed.

Went through the drive through and order a baconator meal. They didn’t give me a straw for my drink, didn’t give me napkins and my fries were all over in the bag, not even in the thing the fries are suppose to be in. They put 5 times as much ketchup and mayo on the baconator. Just dripping out of the burger. Kinda pissed me off.

The worker Justin went above and beyond! He was kind and professional the whole time. Part of my order was a frosty and he suggested different flavors that he thought I would enjoy and lo and behold, I did. He continued coming to my table to check up on me to make sure I was good and was enjoying the food. I just wish I could have given him a tip, but I guess a good review will have to do. 10/10 service!

Chicken obviously sits under heat lamps for much longer than it’s supposed to. Staff clearly just resets timers when they go off without replacing product. Dry chicken with soggy breading every time I go here. You’d think I would’ve learned.

the place was very unbusy when I got there, however I just want to say that as someone who reviews customer service for a living, everyone here would have gotten 10 / 10 for me.
I never mind waiting for fresh food. the gentleman at the window was a very entertaining person to converse with. I like experiences like these. the lady welcomed me to my favorite wendy’s, and I thought to myself, this actually is my favorite Wendy’s. how did she know? that is both weird and cool. thanks for a great experience.

Multiple times now there has been hair in my frosty. I don’t think I can ever have a frosty ever again. I’m sure how that happens but people should really be more mindful of not getting hair in people’s food.
