I always enjoy coming here. There’s plenty of parking, which already puts me in a good mood before I even walk in. The service is usually warm and welcoming, and breakfast felt comforting and familiar in the best way. The omelet with spinach and mushrooms is always tasty and filling. The hot chocolate was superb, as always, and honestly one of my favorite things to order. The pancakes and waffles were just what you expect: soft, satisfying, and perfect for a relaxed breakfast. IHOP is usually great and this location is good.

I went this morning with my family to have breakfast. From the moment we walked in, we felt the kindness of the staff who work there. We told them we were in a bit of a hurry because we had to catch a flight, and they quickly seated us and informed the waitress that we needed fast service.
The waitress was very kind and understanding with my daughters, and the gluten-free menu was very complete. The food was delicious, varied, and plentiful.
It is definitely a place to come back to.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Everything was clean and tidy. Grateful to have a chain restaurant offering a full halal menu! They were mindful of my son’s allergies. Food was brought out on time for Iftaar. They even offered dates for us to eat to break our fast. We will certainly be back!

Waited an hour for NOT hot food.
Waitress did not check in with us until we were DONE with our food didn’t ask if we needed anything else. We had to get her attention to ask her if she can check on our food!!! Then she comes out with it.

DONT EAT HERE!!! After the waiter told us we could get a side of a waffle I see the bill and I was charged a full entree for the waffle of $14. (waiter never said no sides or it will be a full entree of $14) The manager didn’t attempt to address the issue, just said it’s on the menu. (while smiling) Never will I eat at this IHOP or any others. my home made waffles are better than theirs.

We had Andrene for our waitress. She was amazing! You can tell she enjoys her job and was very polite and kind. The food came very quickly and was delicious. She checked in several times to see how we were doing and making sure we were set with drinks. I would highly recommend this place as well as Andrene as a waitress

I was at this location where their employee Carmen attended to us with such warmth, creating a family-like atmosphere. She was very attentive and helpful. It is an honor to be served by Carmen.
